First of all i came to see this new place to get with my gift card the service was good but the lady seems like new to do things is ok. So the place was small and there was no plenty chairs to sit there were like 2 tables thats it everything else was self service they should add more chairs outside with a umbrella if they want more customers coming to eat rather than just walk out not many people like to eat outside or in the car is messy this is american culture type since this place is pastry and all that pastry should be more chairs and enjoyable it was ok.

My buddy picked up a late lunch for us here and they didn’t include the chicken on our chicken sandwiches. For anyone that chooses to go here, be SURE to open the sealed container in the store to check your food. The receipt even has a section that says Order Checked By:

First time at this NEW and tiny Panera. I ordered the (melt in your mouth) Four Cheese Soufflé and a Pecan Braid pastry. This place has no room for seating but plenty of room (in my stomach) for their fresh and delicious food!

A great addition to the Crystal City area for a quick grab-n-go meal. I’ve placed a few online orders so far and each time the food was hot and fulfilled accurately. Be forewarned though, this really is a grab-n-go type of spot and not like other Panera locations that have a cafe type of a vibe. It’s quite small with NO tables, chairs, or work spaces. Just the ordering counter, self-ordering kiosks, and a pick up shelf for mobile orders. There are some outdoor bench-type seating provided by the building (not Panera).
