The customer service has been great. The doughnuts are delicious. The kolaches are the best. The bread is great the cheese is not inside the sausage. The kolaches are kept in a warmer so it’s never cold when you but it. Now you have to like jalapenos to try the spicy kolaches. Great place! Nice and clean.

I have been ordering a dozen blueberry donuts every other week for years. On the website it says blueberry cake donuts. They have always come with blueberries in them and they have always been glazed. I placed exactly the same order today and received a dozen plain donuts with a slight purplish tinge, but no blueberries, no blueberry flavor, and no glaze. I have called and spoken to the manager three times, but she refuses to make anything right. Something has changed at Shipley’s, and not for the better. Be very careful when you order from them!

This franchise does not participate in the Do-Happy Rewards program. They are listed in the app and they are setup for the rewards program but they have disconnected the scanner so that you cannot check-in. I told them the issue with the scanner is that it is not plugged in; I even offered to plug it back in for him. That’s when he informed me that it was unplugged intentionally. On top of that, there is a sign in the window stating that they accept ALL COMPANY AND COMPETITOR COUPONS. They do not. Either someone needs to get someone new to run that location, or someone should be speaking with the owner regarding conditions involved with the Company Brand.

My hometown had a Shipley and their donuts were always just the best. Which is why I SO wanted to enjoy this Shipley, plus it’s otw home but I honestly can say that I’ve been disappointed at every visit to the one here. Will not be happening again.

Im from Houston so we are Shipley ppl everytime i buy from here it’s like they prep there donuts hrs early and they be cold THATS not what Shirley’s is they are warm and fresh daily they are always bricks here no one wants a popsicle donut please try you guys best to make em fresh you will see how far the business go
