Ordered DoorDash and Why is my entire food dry, no type of sauce! Even the cabbage is dry….the jerk chicken does not taste like jerk, maybe a mystery sauce but not jerk…I’ve been eating jerk and trust me, it’s a huge difference and extremely too much sugar in the blue raspberry lemonade …

Phenomenal experience!!!!
I went in for the ox tail (macaroni n cheese and red beans and rice for my sides) and it didn’t disappoint! Generous portions and it tasted amazing. Got the smash burger to go for my wife, she said that was amazing too!
Good conversation with the owner (I didn’t get his name). He said all the recipes came from his mom, and I can confirm she knew what she was doing!
I will definitely be back!

I ordered from location, went to the other. The gentleman made it for me. That food was delicious!! I will be back. I got the jerk chicken and salmon meal with cabbage and greens and I got some yams. Only reason I didn’t get macaroni because I’m trying to stay away from gluten, but I’m tempted to try that macaroni because everything was delicious.
Oh, and I got fruit punch lemonade. It’s so perfect with the jerk – just delicious

First time eating here after visiting the University of Cincinnati. Happened to be walking down the street and saw an advertisement for their smash burger combo meal. Decided to come in and try it and it was worth it. The burger was super juicy and packed with flavor from the jerk sauce without being too overpowering. Also during our meal, one of the workers/cooks came by our table and gave us free cornbread. Really nice staff and good food. Definitely come try this out.

Stop discriminating!!! I pulled up, let my kids out to get 3 beef patties and 1 coco bread. They stood in line for 7 minutes (np, not very long) they ordered at 9:07 pm (per the receipt) and it took them close to 40 minutes to give them their order. I call them about 25 minutes after they went in and they said someone told them it will be 10 more minutes (np) 20 minutes later still nothing!! My kids sat there for 40 minutes altogether after they ordered. 40 minutes?!? My husband went in around 9:46pm to check on them and what do you know? here comes the guy with the order! He said someone “turned” the oven off…. it’s a Friday night and someone turned the oven off? I say bs! I feel like my kids were discriminated against! I’m from the caribbean and my kids are indian. Only because they said customers were coming in and out and getting what they ordered pretty quick. We saw that as well as we was sitting in the car across the street waiting.
We’re never going there again! They seem to pick and choose who they want to serve. It’s not my 1st time going there… Last time I’ve been there they took long as well… but not that long, and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But not again!! 🙁
I know for sure now it’s discrimination!
Stop discriminating!!! Please!!

I usually don’t make post on Google but the food is very good I didn’t even get a picture. The corn bread is absolutely amazing. The jerk chicken was so good, I was thinking about going back in there to get some more. The oxtails were very good. I got yams also but that was alright but I wouldn’t get it again but that corn breaddddddd. They got that corn bread from the first grand mother who made corn bread!

The reviews are misleading. These folks don’t know Caribbean/West Indian food so take them with a grain of salt.
I’m in the area for training and felt for stew chicken. I found this spot on Door Dash. I admit that my expectations were low but what I received was a joke. The chicken wasn’t browned properly, steam veg is disgusting, and the plantain taste like it was fried in old oil, the rice & peas were ok. To make matters worse there was plastic in the food. If you’re looking for a proper box food this ain’t it.

I don’t understand who’s keeping this place in business! Everything I ordered was very bland in taste! The Alfredo jerk fries were old, sprinkled with what I guess is jerk seasoning topped with unseasoned Alfredo sauce. The okra was also old and burnt, not edible. The jerk chicken dinner was like boiled chicken seasoned very lightly with jerk seasoning. The cabbage was still very crunchy(undercooked) with no seasoning at all. The rice and peas were very bland and dry. I had it delivered through a 3rd party. Beware. This place was not worth it at all! If you’re looking for good Caribbean food I suggest island Fridays. Unfortunately they are closed on Sundays and that’s why I didn’t get food there instead of this place that I found on door dash.
