Food has been good so far on both the TacoBell and KFC menus.
Unfortunately it feels like the KFC part is very lazy.
Every time (100%) I’ve ordered “Extra Crispy” chicken they always tell me they’re either out or they don’t have enough so they’ll try and compromise by mixing crispy with normal. It doesn’t matter how early or late in the day they always seem to have this “problem”.
It’s pathetic at this point.
Get your shit together KFC in Salem Missouri, It’s not like you’re so popular that you’re selling out regularly.

Its ok but does have some issues like studying all your food I to one bag, not being consistent on making the food, the app never works or has issues, the owner locks the doors at 6pm so no one can eat in there and dont know why because it closes as 9pm as is. Sometimes the tacos shells taste old or not sure the deal with them sticking to the wrappers and thst is annoying or getting your tacos pretty much every time all. Broken up. The cinnamon twists were stale and barely any cinnamon. There just several issues at this location that need resolved. This town dont have many places to eat to begin with then get service like this. Needs a new manager thst csres and csn run it better. Also ran out of diet pepsi a few times.

This place was very busy on a Sunday mid afternoon. They were rushing everyone’s orders to be quick but nothing was correct on a few people’s order. Staff wasn’t very courteous nor were they attentive to the dining room area. The dining room was dirty tables, trash bins over flowing the soda station was a dirty sticky mess. Food was thrown together and in poor quality.

Always have amazing food, and it has an option for everyone! Even very picky people like my brother. Never super busy, fair speed, the atmosphere inside has been soothing every time I’ve been there. The line is typically short through the drive through.

Sitting here watching the Gentleman who was taking orders at the front was so pleasant ( he appeared to have some trouble getting around, but had a constant smile as in happy to be here)…it is Sunday after church June 2nd and I noticed quite a few elderly ladies here…He was so nice and patient with each and every lady, me included. My receipt says his name is Steph… What a great guy.

KFC is always good food. My family loves it. Unfortunately we’re a social security and disability family so some of the prices keep us from eating there as often as we would like but we do eat there whenever we can. Service is friendly and helpful and polite. Very efficient

Ordered just at opening of store. Mashed potatoes and gravy and mac and cheese was cold. Fries were cold. Chicken was floppy and barely warm. Biscuits were great. Cole slaw was fine. I dont think take out joints care anymore what food they are putting out. They lost respect..I give 2 chances then I dont go their anymore.
