Please DO NOT EAT HERE ! I ordered the shrimp fried rice with a small kool aid tropical drink , when returning to the house upon opening my food , it was a dead net insect on my drink lid , not only but the food was horrible and uncooked which can be a danger to anyone and gave a horrible horrible lingering smell in the house . When taking the food up there to return and requesting a refund , the supervisor at the front counter show no remorse and said I wouldn’t be able to get a refund being that the food was already cooked , she didn’t offer no alternatives and was very rude . I’m currently pregnant and eating uncooked food can result in further complications . The inside of the location was nasty and far from clean. I’ve contact Michael who owns Lousiana fried chicken franchise and he unfortunately was no help either, I have contacted HUMAN HEALTH SERVICES , and will be placing them on BBB , and will be disputing my money from them through my bank , absolutely horrible !

This place is terrible and their customer service is even worse out of all the Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken places I’ve been to this is the absolute worst and really give the name a bad look. I ordered here through Uber and I will make sure I never order from here EVER AGAIN!!! I ordered the fried rice and took one bite and felt sick to my stomach from the taste and smell so If you don’t want to get sick please don’t order or eat here. SAM and I didn’t get the man Manager name terrible excuses for managers and shouldn’t be in the Customer Service business because the satisfaction from a customer is not their concern only MONEY. I hate I even had to give 1 star because they don’t even deserve this. I hope this review helps someone who has never eaten here before like I that their fried rice in sesame oil( only they use) is TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. PLEASE TAKE THESE 1 STAR REVIEWS SERIOUSLY BECAUSE THEY HAVE SEVERAL AND THEY DID NOT LIE!!!

We ordered some combination fried rice it had a burnt taste and smell we called to get it remade or refunded they did not do anything told us it’s a recipe with some type of oil we ordered this rice all the time from R L Thornton location and it be good but this rice from great trinity was horrible and the customer service was as well don’t order from here who have been warned we tried to work with them but hey I just want to save you some stress and money from having to order more food because you weren’t satisfied thank me later the manger Sam and the guy manager lack customer service

Today was my first time ordering. I ordered the 3pc fish combo. It was good don’t understand why restaurants includes a roll . The red beans and rice were good. I also ordered a slice of carrot cake. It was moist , just wished it had raisins, the slice was thin imo for a slice at $4.59.

1. Yall do not close at 9:30. You close at 8. If you ain’t ordered by 8 don’t call or show up. 2. They do not answer the phone. I called at 7:45 pulled up at 8:15 for them to say they not taking orders. Do better. Find out what time you close and pose accurate info for your customers. We could care less, everybody in the grove and the cliff sale chicken.

As a man that was born and raised in Louisiana, I’m really hesitant about trying restaurants outside of Louisiana that has Louisiana, Cajun, creole, or anything like that in the name, because most of the time I end up disappointed and feel like I wasted my money. But this restaurant hit home. One of the two fried chicken restaurants I’ll revisit in a heart beat. Skin was crispy and fried to perfection and the flavor was absolutely there. Real Louisiana flavor with that kick of spice. I absolutely loved it and will buy more chicken from there.
