Hands down the BEST pizza in Pensacola! If you love true New York-style pizza, Lou’s is the spot. Everything we’ve tried has been top-notch — but our go-tos are the Margherita and The Headband (trust me, both are incredible!).
And let’s talk crust — perfection! Never floppy, always that perfect crisp fold. We even do the Dave Portnoy “hold test,” and honestly, Lou’s deserves a visit from him because it’s just that good!
It’s a cozy little spot with the friendliest staff who always remember us when we come in!

I travel for work and everywhere I go I try to find the best local spots to eat. The staff were awesome and I like that you can see the kitchen while they make it. Everything was clean and spotless. Now for the pizza. It is in my top 10 pizzas I have ever had in my life definitely worth every penny. And rather spend my money at family owned businesses. Please tag Dave Portnoy. It’s a must!!!!

Best crust best sauce best pizza on the coast so far if you ask me! I’ve tried their cheese slice and three pies. The GG, House Favorite, and Bianca. ALL SO DELICIOUS! I’ve moved to Pensacola FL from Long Island NY…I can finally have a pizza craving fulfilled. Pizza is made in house by hand by local people fresh to order and it absolutely shows!

Hands down the best slice of pie I’ve had so far! If you’re in Pensacola, you have got to try this pizzeria. I called ahead before passing through and they had my order ready as I walked in. Great atmosphere to enjoy your delicious pie inside and the service was fantastic! Highly recommended!

Amazing!!! We ordered an 18 inch House Favorite and it was worth every penny. 100% happy with the pizza and we will order again. The location is small with just a couple tables but very clean. There wasn’t much interaction with the employees but nothing negative.

Wanted to grab something quick for the kids while heading home after edits. I was tired of the usual big-chain pizza, and this place happened to be on the way. I called ahead, and they actually had fresh pepperoni and cheese ready to go.
I’m pretty sure the gentleman who helped me was the owner—he grabbed the pizza himself and heated it up. I’ll admit, I was a little concerned because I didn’t know how it would be reheated, and honestly, I was tired and hungry from work, so my expectations were low. I grabbed a can of Sprite and headed to the car.
The moment I opened the box, the smell was incredible. Looks can be deceiving, though—but after the first bite, I knew immediately this was my new pizza spot. He even threw in a cup pepperoni slices, and it was perfect.
Finally—real, homemade-style pizza without all the fillers. So glad this kind of pizza is back.

WOW. This is hands down the closest I’ve had to authentic New York–style pizza. Super fresh, insanely delicious, and the crust is perfectly crunchy. I’m a Skys fan, but this absolutely blew it out of the park. Worth the price for the pie and will be coming back!

This was my first time at Lou’s, and I will definitely be back. I had the house special, which was really good. The young lady who took my order was polite and helpful. I even met the owner and he asked how I liked the pizza. Can’t wait to bring my wife because we love pizza.

I’m not sure how they have a 4.5 star…Annd not 5 stars! There’s not a single thing that I could think of to change on this pizza to make it better. The sauce was bright, vibrant and flavorful, the ratio of ingredients was perfect, and the crust was absolutely amazing with a combination of crispy and chewy. It passed the flop test as I held the pizza in my hand, there was no flop. Great job Lou’s!
