I was running errands and needed a quick pick me up. This location was on my was back to the office. There is parking right behind the building as well as on the street. Greeted immediately as I walked and and serviced with a smile. I didn’t realize, or remember, that there’s also a Baskin Robbins in that location.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I don’t usually go to Dunkin or write reviews but this got me so frustrated. Me and my friends ordered ahead through the app the Bacon Avocado sandwhich and added eggs and cheese. We go pick it up through drive thru is not ready. We wait in the car for 15 minutes they come with the order. Mind you we also had ordered coffee with coals foam and none of them came with cold foam and they didn’t give the hashbrowns that we also ordered. The sandwiched didn’t have cheese nor egg. We go back in to ask for it the lady was very nice. After 20 minutes they comeback with our order and one of the sandwiched are still with no egg. We tell them again. It took them 45 MINUTES to give us another sandwhich correct. If it wasn’t for me asking about the status i’m sure they wouldn’t even had remembered to redo it. Definitely lacking communication with that team. Will never be back again

The workers are friendly and the service will be quick as long as you don’t visit in between class change.
Avoid those hours and you’ll have a nice experience at dunkin.

The person at the counter named Aaron was so attentive, respectful, and kind. He got us our food in such a timely manner. I recommend this Dunkin as it is convenient for FSU students, and the staff is nice and considerate.

Words cannot describe how incompetent the people who work here are. Half the time I order a latte and I’m given plain coffee. Other times I order something hot, they make it iced. I could live with this except the office I work in on campus is freezing and I cannot handle drinking something iced there. Plus, I just want what I payed for. I think it’s pretty simple. But these people don’t seem to get it. Today I ordered a hot latte, got back to my office, and realized they literally just poured shots of espresso on top of cold milk. How lazy and disgusting.

On-the-go ordered a caramel iced cappuccino because I was in between classes. Received a drink that was 70% foam with barely any coffee. Ordered the same drink on-the-go the following week. Instead of a caramel iced cappuccino, I received a mysterious, milky white, french vanilla tasting strange coffee thing that was so sweet I felt sick after drinking 1/3 of it. Before leaving the store, I asked an employee if it was the drink I ordered (because it looked nothing like it should) and she wrongfully confirmed that it was. Disappointed, won’t be returning.

Clean place, and cool that there is ice cream there too (Baskin Robbins, I think).

My Keurig makes better coffee. You get coffee here when you are tired and desperate. The attitude of the person at the counter is a gamble, you may often be dealing with someone who hates their life. Just go to Calvin’s across the street instead.

This dunkin is getting exponentially worse every time I go. Not only are they always out of stuff, the staff (which used to be nice) is so rude and condescending for no reason. Even I wouldn’t be that rude if I was thirty five and still worked at a Dunkin Donuts.
