I’ve been to this coffee shop a couple of times at MGM and every time I go there the server has an attitude and it’s not just one server it’s different servers. Do they train them to be pissed off all the time every time.I ordered something she said that would be three dollars I said I’m not done with my order I ordered my second item. That’ll be seven dollars. I’m not done with my order. I got so I flustered. I forgot to say my latte was supposed to be ice, well I’m telling you she really got upset and now she’s just pounding off making her upset so she makes my iced coffee I said CHILL, I forgot to say ice is that a crime ???! I Give her my MGM card mumble something OK she said I need your drivers license as she is rolling her eyes and she says you don’t have enough money on this card and I said OK.
I’ll put the $2 on my credit card . I just want to .get out of there but I can’t find my room key card so I’m looking all over the counter and on the floor and while this was going on, she’s just staring me down. I finally found my key card actually in my back pocket and I got the heck out of there.

The worker was on her phone the whole time we tried to order. While we were ordering she was texting and doing voice to text! I have never seen this before. Needless to say, she was distracted and she got one of the drinks wrong. She used whole milk in a dairy free order. Not a huge deal. When we let her know, she yelled at us for not telling her sooner. The thing is, when we ordered we told her it needed to be made with almond milk. She was super rude and was yelling at us in front of other customers and it wasnt necessary over a simple remake of a drink. She’s got her cell phone in one hand and waving the other around screaming in front of people. Way over the top.

Staff is so pleasant and very nice. The mocha is so good. Ham, egg & cheese on a croissant is delicious and the chicken salad sandwich is to die for!!! I’ve had chicken salad sandwiches from different restaurants /diners/delis but this is the one!!! It’s fresh taste, perfect mix of saltiness and sweetness, the crunchy bite, oh so heavenly yummy!!! I actually went back and bought their last 4 sandwiches You have to try it to believe it. You won’t be disappointed

Got a hot chocolate. No personality from server. They use very little Hershey syrup you put on ice cream to make hot chocolate. Can barely taste it. Waste of $6.50 for a large that is not much bigger than a small. Not impressed. Would rather go to Starbucks. Which is says a lot being in Massachusetts.

Last time was great with a different staff. On Oct 17 between 240-320 pm staff there she served good coffee but the cup was kinda empty. Barely interaction with the customer. She was there by herself I imagine had no support and had to do everything but put more into the cup.

Employee that she’s working in here she’s a disaster. She have no manners and she doesn’t want to work at all. She’s so angry when you’re ordering something or telling her to eat it she’s getting more angry change her. This is very bad for the business and people in the morning they want somebody to welcome them not to give them the grumpy face.
