DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Very poor service & very sub-par portion size. I ordered a ham & turkey protein bowl & Ultimate BMT footlong. Both had very small amounts of the requested ingredients. Very little spinach, tomatoes, banana peppers etc… on the salad bowl & very minimal spinach, onions, tomatoes, etc.. on the footlong. The biggest portion size on tge footlong was the bread This location has a hood over the sandwich making area which prevents the customer from seeing how the orders are being made. I use to enjoy getting a good sub from Subway but this experience was the worst. Even the amount of cold cuts on the footlong was less. If I could rate this a ZERO I would. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!

This Subway at 838 Hampton Rd Suite C, McDonough, GA 30253 is new. The guy that made my sandwiches was very nice. The place is very nice and clean. All the meats and veggies are very fresh. Also this store takes coupons most of them don’t around here. And the people that are leaving bad reviews on this subway must be for a different subway because this store just open couple mouths ago. Y’all need to give it a try.

Went in yesterday and ordered the sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub and meat smelled so bad when I want to take a bite I damn near vomit. When back to the establishment and ask for a manager only for to be rude and defensive and even asked me to leave when I requested my money back stated that i was lying and his food no have no smell. They will serve you bad food just to save on waist. Reporting to the health department and I will be calling corporate. The way I was treated was so inhumane and I wasn’t even being irate about the situation. Subway will not see anymore of my dollars

Went into the subway today to order two pizza, one being the viral rotisserie chicken pizza. For one i noticed , you aren’t able to look at the meat or when your food is being prepared . No problem , the pizza LOOKED good, once i bit into the pizza, i instantly felt sick and tasted old expired sour chicken. I then smelled the pizza as a whole and the chicken was indeed sour !!! I went back to the restaurant to inform them , thinking they would rectify the issue, i NEVER once asked for a refund but instead of them asking how can they fix the issue immediately was attacked by the owners ! They pointed at the wall where they have a “A”, while yelling at me ! DO NOT WATE YOUR TIME GOING HERE , DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! They are selling spoiled food !

You aren’t allowed to see your food when making it , which is strange but I still proceeded to give them my service . Big mistake ! Wish I didn’t , the chicken was spoiled , it literally smells spoiled , it looked spoiled . When chicken spoils it has the white slimy look to it . I went back to restaurant to let them know , they got defensive and basically told me to leave their restaurant. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK ! Please don’t waste your time or money going here , they are selling spoiled food and they know it . That’s why they don’t allow you to look at the meats .

I stopped by this brand new location at 838 Hampton Road, McDonough. The service was good and the food portions were good too. Since it is a new place, the fountain drinks were not available. The interior design is very inviting and comfortable. Go check them out!!!
