This is honestly the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I keep giving it chances because it’s the closest one to my house, but I consistently have bad experiences. Today I ordered a Venti Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, and the cup wasn’t even filled when I received it. It was mostly ice. I poured the drink into a tall cup at home and it barely filled 12 ounces of liquid.

Why am I paying over $7 for a large drink and getting less than a full cup of actual coffee? That’s ridiculous.

When I politely mentioned it to the employee, she brushed it off and said there were too many people behind me. That’s not an acceptable response. Customer service and drink quality shouldn’t depend on how busy you are.

When you hand a delivery driver a single hot drink inside of a bag stuffed in a double cup-holder so that all the weight is on one side, what is the delivery driver supposed to do? Put that on the floor so it will tip over? Place it in the seat so it tips over? Place it in the cupholder that won’t fit because there is a bag? Have some common sense

I dont know what is wrong with this location, but I consistently have issues here. They seem absolutely miserable with their jobs and have absolutely NO customer service skills. They lack all ability to actually make your drink properly. You will also wait forever for your order, even if no one else is even waiting. Avoid this location if possible.

This location has consistently been taking longer and longer thru the drive thru! I moved here in April and started going to this location. It was slow then but has just continued to get worse!

Today was the worst it has been!!! I pulled in the line at 10:29 got to the speaker to place my order at 10:36 pulled away from the window with my order at 10:50 !!!

After waiting so long there wasn’t even acknowledgment from the young guy at the window that people were waiting so long!

Terrible, terrible customer service and experience!!!

Come on Starbucks, you are better than this???

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve been to, and I say that as a Starbucks lover. The lines are incredibly long, and after waiting you often end up with a terrible coffee. In the last week alone, three times my drink was either made incorrectly or tasted awful. On top of that, the staff has been consistently rude.

A very sleek and modern store design inside and out. This Starbucks location is very Covid Conscious and is taking mask and social distancing guidelines seriously.

The staff is fast and friendly, the merchandise looks great. The drink that I ordered was also made correctly and quickly! I highly recommend this location if you need a Starbucks fix!

Do Not waste your time…I have given this location MULTIPLE opportunities to redeem themselves. NOPE. They just cannot seem to get their act together always out of everything. I will drive 10 miles out of my way to go to another starbucks to makes sure I get the service and the actual drink I want for the prices they charge.

I order two venti acai refreshers no ice and when I paid and got my drinks. I was disappointed of what they gave me. If there where going to give me this drinks they shouldn’t charge me as venti’a should’ve charge me as a grande. Worst place not coming back. Disappointed at Starbucks.
