I placed an order online through the papa.John’s mobile app.I proceeded to order three pizzas and a drink.The drink was mug root beer.This store location does not offer mug root beer anymore.When my uber driver that they submitted the order to proceeded to pick up my order, they proceeded to give him any drink out of the refrigerator instead of a drink that I ordered.When the uber driver contacted me and asked me if I wanted a substitution drink, I said no.I would just prefer a refund.They proceeded to tell him that they could not do the.Refund that it was I could take the drink or nothing at all. I then proceeded to call the store.And as I was explaining the situation, the gentleman that I was on the phone with told me there was nothing that I can do.The only option they have is to give me another drink.That they could not offer me a refund.This store is horrible by all stretch of the imaginations.I would highly recommend shopping somewhere else. For your pizza needs.

I called to order pizza on Sunday night the lady I spoke with had a very hard accent and was not easy to communicate. I ordered a large mushroom spinach alfredo pizza with some dessert bites when I got it head tomatoes on it in no mushrooms. The Oriole bites we’re very firm almost hard and I’m pretty sure they were supposed to come with the sauce that they did not. I guess I should have checked my order before leaving but the lady who gave it to me was very friendly and nice and she repeated my order to me before it even handing it to me so I just assumed it was right. If it was not for her and the pizza tasting at least decent even though it’s not what I ordered and my mom specifically requested mushrooms then they would be getting a one star.
Also I’ve tried to call them two days now and when I press 5 to speak with the manager the phone either rings and Rings or it rings and when they picked up one time I could not understand what they were saying. Don’t think I’ll ever be ordering Papa John’s again

Lady that claims to be the manager is making our pizzas terrible we are loyal customers that order 3 to 4 times a week as it is the easiest food to get I truly believe she doesn’t want us to order from this company so she is making our pizzas terrible because of how often we order I do not know what to do she has hung up on me for no reason and told me I complain all the time as if I wanted something free when what am I supposed to do eat bad pizza that she is making this is getting out of hand

Employee went from using personal phone, to touching the floor, to grabbing cash, and then to making food without washing hands. Manager is cussing at employees and screaming at door dashers. Manager loosing their mind and throwing boxes of food on the ground. My order given to me missing cheese on the entire center of the pizza. Stood at the front counter for ten minutes before an employee would acknowledge me. This place needs to shut down and reboot. Awful

They advertise the “thin and crispy “ pizza as such. The only truth of that, it is thin, but in no way crispy-not even putting it in the air fryer. Placed an order for pickup at 10:15 pm when the website stated pick-up closes at 11:25 pm. When I arrived staff ignored me at the door playing on their phones instead of letting me in to pick up the order that was already paid for and ready. After 10 minutes of knocking in freezing temperatures, another staff member gave me a rude comment about how the “lobby closes for 10” despite all posted hours saying otherwise.
The cherry on top was my food ended up being undercooked and generally bad.
Have ordered from this location for 15 years but am extremely disappointed by the rude service I received.

By far a terrible experience instead of the woman trying to listen and understand so constantly tried to overspeak me and being in customer service myself she shouldn’t be allowed to speak to anyone in the general public let alone be a manager her service was terrible and instead of listening to understand she listened (barely) just so she could talk. I called to order pizza at 8:26pm and called at 9:50pm to check on the status of my order she could have cared less i wish i got her name so i could put her name in this review as i said again beyond terrible experience and horrible customer service experience

Friday April 19, 2024 We ordered 2 pizzas online at approximately 831pm. My wife arrived home with the pizzas at about 9pm . I have to say that this is some of the WORST pizza I’ve ever had. My wife had a cheese pizza and I had an XL pepperoni. (Super cold) We would have come out better and saved Money if we just went to Walmart and bought Red Baron pizza. Red Baron actually tastes wayyyyy better. OK , LONG STORY SHORT. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON PAPA JOHNS. REALLY CRAPPY pizza.
