Worst shrimp foo Yung I’ve ever had. 30yrs l have enjoyed this dish across America. It was cooked not in a patty but like a scramble that’s runny with super sweet watery gravy YUCK. The hot and sour soup was like it came from a packet of instant soup. Called promptly and the elder said I was the only person to ever complain and my $30 meal for 1 is my loss. Terrible customer service and even worst food.

The food was meh. I’ve been there twice and I left feeling it was ok. The chicken is kind’ve hard, the rice doesn’t seem to have much flavor fried or steamed, and most of all, it’s costly. The chicken’s a bit chewy. The rolls are always crunchy, though. A word of advice, don’t get their Thai tea. It’s bitter.
The staff are nice, so there’s that.
I don’t have much to say other than if you can, look elsewhere.

If you want the best FRESH tasting food. Come to Fong’s Asian Kitchen! I will never order from Kong Long ☠️ in VR! Their food couldn’t touch Fong’s‼️They are also very friendly and conversational. I will always get my food from here! This is General Tso Chicken. Chicken soooo tender. Has a good kick of spice too! And I have also fried chicken wings.

I was excited to try this place because the review score was almost a perfect 5 stars. We are newer to the area and this is the first Asian spot we’ve tried here.
First the prices in store are higher than the online menu prices. There was a much longer wait than expected. Which I could live with because it is dinner time and places get busy. However the food upon getting home is not what was expected for the prices and rave reviews. My husband actually threw his away and I am eating mine solely because of how much we spent on it. I don’t understand why the dumplings look like the frozen kind you buy at the grocery store, I have never seen that with take out dumplings before. The food needed to be warmed up a little after my 5 minute drive home. The taste is not bad but it is not great especially considering the price.
I have not tried other local places to compare this one too so maybe it is better than others here but it is not what was expected based on my experiences else where. The people here however were VERY nice so I am sad to write this review. The restaraunt was also very clean.

Fong’s food is AMAZING, and their egg drop soup is practically medicinal, it will heal your soul!!!
This is not your typical processed, frozen food that you get from most Chinese restaurants, this is all fresh, made from scratch and it shows. It is very authentic Chinese cuisine, so if you like something on the sweeter side or less fish sauce, they are so sweet and happy to accommodate. The owners are such nice people that just want to make you happy. We have been eating there for a few months now, and it is always a great experience. Highly recommend!
Picture is of my Mongolian beef (American sweet) with steamed rice (with their fantastic homemade chili sauce on it) & vegetables. No picture of the egg drop soup, I ate it too fast for a pic! Lol

Just tried this place tonight and it didn’t disappoint. I ordered the sweet/sour chicken and my husband did the bang bang shrimp. Both were made to order and fresh!! Very delicious. I have never been to a Chinese restaurant that actually uses fresh veggies!

OVERPRICED & Stingy with Entree dinner portions. These two items were $45 plus $5 delivery tip. The entrée portions are not enough for two. The Thai basil was good but not extraordinary and definitely not worth their outrageous prices. Shrimp were big but not done I had to pull the shrimp out and cook it, I didn’t order sushi. I paid $25 at ATLANTIC BUFFET IN DOUGLASVILLE and got delicious Dungeness crab, Singapore noodles, Garlic shrimp, salt and pepper shrimp, and the food was just as good if not better than this over priced restaurant. Their prices are not competitive and you would do better to do some “Chinese fine dining” than to pay $50 for just one entrée and rice. There are just too many other places around that make the Thai basil just as good for half the price. ♀️

The Szechuan Chicken is incredible! The spice is warm but not overwhelming and always has my brow sweating after a few bites. The Mongolian Beef and Chicken are also fantastic: very saucy and garlicky. The steamed veggies accompanying the entrees add a nice crunch and freshness.

New to the area. Food had absolutely no flavor. I spent $64 I got a large fried rice. Egg drop soup. Kung pao lunch plate. Fried rice had egg shells in it. Egg drop soup was literally water with hard veggies in it. Ended up throwing everything away and ordered from another restaurant which was much better.

Food was cold and rice was burnt. Terrible customer service. Order stir fry shrimp, stir fry chicken and Mongolian chicken and everything looked terrible and not what we ordered
