Shawn and Morgan absolutely killed it today!! They both helped me customize an amazing salad and even let me try some of a leftover smoothie from one they just made to make sure I liked it before getting one.
I sat in the lobby (very clean by the way) with a friend for about an hour and half just enjoying the atmosphere. This place was REALLY busy for only two people, and it was nonstop! Everyone got excellent customer service which was really impressive considering these two were swamped! If no one else saw you guys busting your ass we did and we appreciate it!!
We will both definitely be coming back, especially if those two are working!

It felt like I was inconveniencing their day by coming in to order a salad. When I asked for cabbage for a base instead of lettuce, I was told no (this is what I typically get on the regular). After I asked why they couldn’t, 2 employees started whispering to each other in front of me. She then silently added cabbage as the base. Upon checkout, I realized I was unknowingly charged for 5 additional add ons of 60 cents each, totaling $3. This was not made known to me until I asked for a receipt and she begrudgingly gave me one. Disappointing as this used to be my favorite salad chain. Has clearly gone downhill since I started coming.

Came in for dinner tonight and all three workers, two gentlemen and a female, were extremely helpful. I couldn’t decide on what to eat and was given the squash goals salad as a recommendation. Everything was fresh and tasted great.

I thought I ordered online but apparently it didn’t go through. The guy with gauges was super friendly and made my salad as soon as I let him know, really helpful!
This is my new go to lunch spot. The wild child was so good it literally blew my tastebuds out of my mouth and onto the floor, at which point the amazing worker helped me clean them up. Absolutely amazing

Holy healthy goodness! What a way to ring in 2023 and the healthy New Year’s resolutions. I’m sure health is a top priority for everyone this new year so why not implement super healthy smoothies and bowls/salads in your routine?
I personally tried the Fiesta Bowl and Green Glow smoothie during my visit. I felt like I was being recharged from the inside out while eating both. They were both jam-packed with healthy ingredients. It’s nice to feel so good after a meal!
The interior of the store is like walking into a high-end restaurant. The whole restaurant was well-lit, well-designed, and clean. I also love the open-kitchen style where patrons can see what is going on!
Definitely check this place out!

I asked the guy behind the counter about a menu item on a sign, he couldn’t really be bothered to answer questions and pointed up at the menu. Guy with gauged ears didnt get name. He watched closely as I paid and when he wasnt happy with the charged tip amount he picked up the tip cup and set it in front of me with a sigh then went to make my smoothie. Which was poorly mixed with large chunks of ice and peanut butter unblended. Had he not been rude about soliciting tips I might have gotten some cash from the car, but with how the next couple hours went im glad I didn’t.
I had been getting stomach cramps on the drive home. The only thing I had eaten today was the salad and smoothie I purchased and was writing this review about so i know it was the cause. I rushed inside sat on the toilet and began emptying my bowels while pouring sweat, and suddenly terribly nauseous. Unable to get off the toilet as my purchase was clawing it’s way out my backside I grabbed a trashcan and the rest of my salad and smoothie came back up into the trash can in my hands.
This was not how I wanted to spend my afternoon, and really regret choosing this place for a quick lunch.

C&G Lakewood is my favorite location. Conveniently located off I-70 and 6th Ave. and next to the Colorado Mills Mall. This establishment is Clean and well maintained and the Staff is terrific, especially Tim and Russ! Fresh food, Clean and friendly establishment. I love building these Restaurants #GardnerBuilders

Wow this place is incredible!! Staff was so friendly and helpful! Food was beyond fresh and tasty. Yummy juices and smoothies. They also offer an app with a rewards system. Healthy feel good food ! We will be back here weekly and will be telling friends ! This place is worth it ! For fresh, real food i would say it’s cheaper than most fast food these days. Do yourself a favor and try this place !
