My son ordered a cheeseburger with a gift card he got for his birthday. The bun has mold all over the bottom. Refund process is ridiculous, they would rather make enemies than refund someone in a timely fashion. I dont want to spend 30 minutes (so far, now i have to wait for a phone call which i assume wont come for 2 days) to get 10 dollars refunded. What a waste of time.

Edit: I have now contacted their customer support 3 times with the customer service person telling me all 3 times they can’t issue my son a refund, that someone from the actual store will need to instead and they promise they will call me within two days. It’s been a week and no phone call from any of the 3 times they have promised.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, especially from a manager. With no cars in front of me, I placed my order of an m&m blast a kids meal and 2 large cheese fries. I pull up to the window and receive my M&M Sonic Blast and 2 drinks. 4 cars pull up behind me, and still no food. 13 minutes pass. By the time my food arrived, my ice cream completely melted. Mind you, it’s 90° outside. When the manager named Lynn handed me my food, I told her my ice cream had melted. She snapped back, raising her voice and telling me they only had 3 people working and people behind me. I said, “Will you please remake my shake?” There’s no need to snap at me. I’m a customer just expressing myself. She shut the window in my face, and I could hear her loudly using profanity about the situation. My young son was in the car and could hear. Madison stepped up to open the window and asked what my problem was. I explained that I was handed my ice cream and then waited 13 minutes for my food and how Lynn snapped out at me belligerently and unnecessarily. I didn’t deserve that treatment. I would like someone from Corporate to reach out to me.

They also screwed up my order. My son ordered a burger with only ketsup and extra pickles. They forgot the ketsup. I couldn’t circle back around to fix it as there’s already so much damage from the whole situation. I’m not going to let it ruin the rest of my day and my activities, even though it really did.

Even though I waited a long time and I was the only car there, my burgers still came out cold in the middle and they were made incorrectly. My tots were so burnt it was only greasy hard crisps left, no potato in them. It was so gross I couldn’t even eat it. I called the sonic app customer line and had to talk to three different people, all of them lost service and then and I had to call back multiple times to repeat myself. They ask 20+ questions just to get me a refund even though they had all my information pulled up on the screen. Fast food is too expensive for it to be made incorrectly and come out uncooked, cold ans greasy.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Sonic on Coronado Drive in Blue Springs! I hadn’t been having the best morning, but the worker who helped me completely turned my day around. I didn’t see the breakfast burritos on the menu, so he took the time to go over each one in detail and explain what they had. He was patient, friendly, and made great conversation—it honestly made my day.

I ordered one of the breakfast burrito combos with vegetables, tots, and a large Dr. Pepper. The food was fresh and tasty, but what really stood out was the customer service. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares and takes the time to make your experience special.

Huge shoutout to the amazing worker at this Sonic—he deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond!

For three consecutive days I’ve attempted to buy one thing and one thing only at this location, I go after I get off long work shifts, hoping to just get a simple four ingredient drink. Dr. Pepper, Ice, Sweet Foam, and Cherry Syrup. Simple. I work in the food industry, I understand you get busy and aren’t fully up to speed or you’re just burnt out from a rush. I’d apply this sympathy to this team but unfortunately I cannot, anytime I’ve been answered (after sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes without a word) if I’m patient enough, they’re rude, rushing me to order, and just disrespectful, and when I do pull up to the window, they’re on their phones, gossiping, ignoring orders and just standing there. On the off occasion that I do get food here, it’s terrible. Overcooked, undercooked, greasy, dirty. Overall just unsellable in my opinion. I no longer plan on going here, And if anyone else wants to go to a good Sonic, try the one on Highway 7.

Their drive thru speaker completely sums up this place – it needs to be replaced. If I can sit in a drive thru for 10 minutes and not be addressed, THEN pull around to a stall and wait for another 15 minutes and I still haven’t even heard a response? This place needs to clean house, top to bottom
