RustiX is a hidden gem located in the Southern Kettle Moraine in the Village of Eagle. It’s quaint & cozy, has a large outdoor dining area and full-service bar. The food is “better than the average bar food” but not gourmet and without the high prices. We service locals and passerby’s and offer a wide variety of food. We serve Specialty Appetizers, Fusion Tacos (blackened shrimp tacos, smoked chicken tacos, etc), Specialty Salads, Sandwiches (Smoked BBQ Brisket & Pulled Pork, Reuben, Sliced Prime Rib & Provolone), Gourmet Mac-n-Cheese, Daily Homemade Soups, Stone Brick Pizza and have Daily Specials such as Half Smoked Chicken Dinners, Smoked BBQ Ribs, etc. It’s a great place to meet up with friends and it’s family-friendly.

This recommendation came from the FB group Waukesha eats. Highly recommend. 10/10!! It starts with soup or salad. I chose the Cesar. It did not disappoint. Hubby got the homemade clam chowder. I normal don’t like clam chowder but this was amazing. I had the fried cod n hubby got the fried walleye. Both were amazing. I also got the sour cream n chive side winder fries! Those were my favorite. Hubby got the potato pancakes. Also an excellent choice. It also comes with homemade tartar sauce & coleslaw. Their tater sauce blows other tarter sauces out of the water. We both were amazed by the wonderful flavor. It also comes with rye toast. Lastly it comes with delicious baked cinnamon apples! I added tons of photos/videos. This was an awesome recommendation! Thanks for being amazing!!

Absolutely amazing little spot. I go here at least twice a month and can confidently say they are one of my top three favorite places to get a burger from. Employees are always friendly and food always come out quickly even with a full house. The salted caramel brownie is genuinely the best brownie I have ever had but I would definitely recommend asked for it to be warm.

Hannah was amazing! She was so cheerful and greeted us with a smile. Our drinks were delivered quickly. We were amazed how fast our food arrived too. The temperature of the food was perfect. My baked fish was seasoned and baked perfectly. Nice job to the kitchen! The coleslaw and tarter sauce are delicious. Sometimes there is too much vinegar at other establishments. It is nice to know there is a gluten free bun for other menu items. The baked apple was the perfect finish for a little sweetness. We had a nice Friday night fish fry night!

Great little bar and Grill. The food was above average. The pizza is pretty good. The sauce still needs a little something in my opinion. But the toppings are a good quality and the crust is delicious.
Service was good. As you can imagine, there’s a very rustic flair to the decor.
They do have a beer garden in the back that is very classy. Live music plays throughout the summer. The beer is pet friendly. If you bring your dog, the beer garden entrance is on the street parallel to Main.

We absolutely love coming here. My friend and I Make it a weekend tradition to stop in here we love our Friday girls, Emma, Jen, and Hannah. We came in tonight and got to see Jen and Dale Hannah and Amanda every time the staff does a phenomenal job we feel like family coming into this bar. Everyone’s always welcoming and I love Hannah‘s late night cheese pizzas, and cheesy garlic bread and love trying all of Kens desserts. We actually prefer his homemade ones over the salted caramel brownie.

This place has rustic charm. The interior is filled with rough cut unpolished wood. The exterior invites you in with the promise of delicious smoky food. All of our interactions with staff were both fun and friendly. To top it off, the food was excellent. I ordered the smoked half chicken and do you know what I got? I got an actual half of a chicken, not four separate pieces but an intact half. It was fantastic and I highly recommend it. My wife had the pulled pork mac and cheese and it was delicious. Their barbecue sauce is also top notch. If you find yourself anywhere in the vicinity of Eagle Wisconsin, do yourself a favor and stop in at Rustix for a meal.

Went on a Friday before the rush of people. The place not bad looking for a bar/restaurant. The music was a little loud but not too bad. Not too busy at 5pm on a Friday. Sat down and waited for someone to come over to take our order. No one came. Went up to the bar which had 3 people working behind who where just standing around doing nothing but talking to ask about ordering. They said someone would be over. Waited for alnost 10 minutes before I got up to go sit at another table hoping someone would see me. FINALLY, someone saw me an came over to take our order. He was nice. We had a fish fry, a shrimp fry, and a grilled chicken sandwich. The fish and shrimp fry were nothing special. The salad was okay. The clam chowder soup had no flavor. The “grilled” chicken sandwich was more of a boiled chicken and tasted like it. The fries are pretty good.

Stopped in for a bloody mary and a burger. The burger was awesome. The service and hospitality were also very good. The bloody, not so much. It almost killed my appetite. I’ll definitely go back but skip the bloody mary.

Huge selection of IPAs…ordered the blackened shrimp tacos – delish! Just a little spicy with a tasty sauce – service was great. Bathrooms were super clean which is always appreciated. Enjoyed lunch and had 2 zoom meetings (fast free open wifi) – will be back to try more food soon!

Gold standard for what pub food should be. Everything here was acceptable, slow country service which is to be expected. Once you walk in your not in a rush your here to slow down eat and enjoy yourself remember that.
