We didn’t want noodles because we’re gluten free (wheat/grain free) so they offered to add more meat and veggies. Who wouldn’t want that?

Food is very tasty, love that you add your own ingredients to your plate, one thing I did notice is that this restaurant just like this entire mall looks outdated and very old and because of that the cooking griddle looks dirty.

Wait time not bad, but meat is flavorless, rice is chewy and vegetables could be blanched longer. Genghis Khan down in Lakewood is a better place for Mongolian Food.

Bad experience. Came in thinking this would be like any Mongolian BBQ, but the meat is flavorless, vegetables uncooked and overall food watery (soup!?) Overpriced and the rice is hard. Id rather try the Genghis Khan at Lakewood mall.

Great flavor! They also add the noodles themselves after you finish loading up the bowl. The server was kind enough to add even more vegetables once it hit the grill. “I’ll be back!”

My parents love this place but not sure about coming back. They wouldn’t accommodate my dad because of his allergy to spices which they usually have one grill for the non spicy food. Very rude to my dad not sure if they took advantage that he was hard of hearing. Chef and server gave attitude when asked to speak to someone in charge and said no one was there until I spotted the owner. Owner was nice and sweet but said since it was busy they use both grills for spicy food and there’s nothing he could do but a refund. No signs posted regarding allergies either. We left dissatisfied and disappointed. Hope they will start accommodating others, allergies are nothing to play with.
