Place is small with nowhere to eat. Service was fast however, BUT they didn’t cut my pizza. Not even a bit, they may have touched it with a cutter but it did t even cut through pepperoni on the top, I can’t even eat this as I’m out of town working and have nothing to cut it myself with. Also it’s super greasy and cut in squares. 0/10

Okay, not a place you want to hang out for a while, but that’s the appeal! Kinda like Goodfellas in downtown Lex, Snappy Tomato offers quick service (via mobile order) and genuine 5 star service from the gentleman working tonight on 8/19/25. Genuinely kind dudes, checked our order in the oven happily, and when it was ready, he brought it out to our car! Just an extra step of good customer service that made both myself and my partner say “wow that was good service”. Great job, bros at Snappy!

Was just delivered a pizza that wasn’t cut and I could barely cut it as the crust was so so flimsy and uncooked, and flatbread with cheese that was burnt until there was no cheese left, after I had specifically asked for the cheese not to be browned and called about the same problem previously with an order. Guess i’m done wasting my money

We order from Snappy on a Sunday night. First they told us they could not deliver to the house, that it was too far out. I did not believe this, they have delivered it here before, all the time. We went on and ordered, told them we would meet them. Well we waited about an hour and a half. Finally they call to say he is about to be there, maybe 10 mins later he finally pulls in. We ask him if this was the farthest they deliver and he said no. of course, this is exactly what we thought. From now on I will order from Papa Johns or another pizza place unless Snappy gets things straighten out.

Love the food. But the delivery driver’s park in the handicap parking all the time! And right at the front door, making it hard for customer pick up.
