We love this place and eat here fairly often, at least a couple of times a month. When the new owners took over a while ago, I wondered how the quality would change. I’m happy to say that it is every bit as consistant and tasty as it was. I personally feel the burgers, and fries are well worth the price, and really for the quality you get, pretty affordable, and their onion petals are fabulous! Very close to Outback’s Bloomin onion! I personally think they are every bit as good, if not better than Five Guys!

burger was great a little too juicy for my liking but good. had the gyro burger and fries. $10 for an above par burger and lots of fries. my wait took as long as it took me to start my Yelp account very speedy. nice chef that came to each table to see how we were. giving heads up to stuff coming up. heat overall experience.

The fries are okay and you do not get much for the added cost of 1.99…drink and fries. Let’s be honest on how much pop costs….
The wait is innnnsane. I’m sitting here feeling compelled to complain. Not about the staff, but about the owners. They over work and understaff this place like no other. One maybe two people running the building. Its either this or DQ for a burger in the direct area.

Best burger I have had in a long time. The burger was moist and juicy and the fries were hot and tasty. Way better than Five Guys, I promise you and half the price.

I do not recommend anyone go to this place.
I work in food service myself and been watching coworkers at this establishment. The food runner/cashier is busy here–she’s doing various jobs (running the register, staging food baskets, cleaning tables, running food etc.), but all the while I have not seen her wash her hands. Since she is not directly touching food and both her other coworkers (food workers) appear to have gloves and some kind of headwear (visors are food safe, right?), I bet its not that big of a concern….maybe.
I am disappointed in the flattened, pre-cooked beef patty. 🙁 It’s just not worth the price of the burgers! I can see from a business standpoint where making your food with cheap ingredients will yield a higher profit. I was unimpressed by the entire experience.
I had difficulty figuring out if the person waiting on me understood my order. I asked for “waffle fries on the side” and she said “Ok, you want fries on the side,” to which I wanted to make sure she was aware I didn’t want regular fries, so I repeated myself. I did get what I ordered but again I just don’t think it was at all worth the money I paid for it.
