My kids and I love Massimos. The pizza is great, staff is friendly and prices are decent enough. They’ve got fresh toppings and sauce that tastes fresh with a good blend of spices. I’ve never dined in but the dining area looks clean and well-lit, I’d definitely take the family here or just the wife and I for a little impromptu casual dinner date.

This was one of my dad’s favorite places when we were kids, and it’s still just as good. I live in Meriden now, but when I go down to Bridgeport, I always order a pizza. So authentically good and my family loves it. Thank you to the owners and the workers that keep up the good quality, and most importantly, thank you for the memories. ❤️

Food was great; service was not. I don’t get why restaurants don’t invest in good servers. I go to restaurants to enjoy a good meal with my family and it seems like service is lacking nowadays. Such a shame since it affects the whole dining experience.

I used to swear by Massimo’s — it was hands-down the best pizza in the city. I recommended it to everyone and genuinely loved supporting the place. Unfortunately, the quality has fallen off tremendously. The flavor, freshness, and care that used to make it special just aren’t there anymore. It honestly breaks my heart to say it, but I can’t eat there anymore. I truly hope the owner takes this feedback seriously and brings Massimo’s back to what it once was.
