I placed an order from Uber eats. They didn’t gave me what I wanted in my order, it was just bread, veggie patty, cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. No sauces, not mentioned veggies at all. It was bland, tasteless and dry.

This is the skimpiest subway I’ve ever been too. Asked for turkey and Provolone, barely got two pieces of each. Asked for spinach, didnt even get a handful, like legitimately 6 pieces of spinach but when I asked for mayo, loaded it down but just one shake of pepper? Like my 6 inch flat bread sandwich looked no different than if it had nothing in it. Not worth it.

My 1st experience here 8/29/24 was terrible. The “top picks” Elite Chicken & Bacon Ranch sandwich sounded delicious, so I ordered it via the app. I let them know I placed an online order & was waiting at 1 of their tables. They flagged me down right when they finished making my sandwich & I immediately drove over to the Golden Nugget. I was famished, so unfortunately, I inhaled the 1st half on the drive over – yuck, it was cold!! After I parked, I double-checked my receipt & it definitely showed “toasted” on it, but they definitely did not toast nor warm anything on my sandwich. It made my tummy off – I couldn’t finish the rest of it, so I sadly threw the rest of the footlong away.
After my extremely disappointing sandwich, I provided my 1st Subway survey feedback. A couple of days later, I was surprised that I got an email from the owner. In order to try to rectify the mistake, she offered me a free replacement footlong. ❤️
I’m not a local, so I had to wait a bit to redeem the sandwich on my next Lake Charles road trip. Fast forward to 11/5/24 – I finally redeemed my free footlong. Instead of ordering something new/exciting, I just went with my traditional favorite, the meatball sub. Definitely hit the spot with the usual Subway deliciousness!!

Well first time here, ordered my sandwich and something caught my attention? Why is the the cover closed where meat is at? All subways I have been the meat is visible to customers to see the fresh and clean case? made me wonder so I threw my sandwich away. Sorry but I need to see what I’m getting served and what meat I’m getting.

Really good food and the service was amazing! The cookies were well baked super fresh, lobby completely clean. The two girls working were the nicest employees I’ve ever met. Highly recommended they are very deserving of a tip.

Some subway places you go to are not clean because they support to clean up before people’s walk in to order. Some have flies in the food and will serve the food anyway to people
You really really have to watch and be very very careful they will do it anyway. If you want say something to them they will fix the know that flies be goes around the food

Very sweet associate helped me find options for my celiac (gluten intolerance) and lactose intolerance (dairy). It was delicious and she was so kind! Highly recommend! P.s. she deserves a raise, Subway.

Mrs. Kandy I want to “make sure I spell it with a K” like she said…seems like she really hate the place she works. Slammed my subway on the counter and threatened to cuss out some “people” right in front of costumers her attitude is disgusting and the sub I received was just as nasty as her. If you don’t like your job Mrs Kandy you should quit. Making sandwiches shouldn’t make you want to cuss out the people who keep your job a float because you’re having a bad day

Service is really bad, always with an attitude. Don’t like the job, quit and let others who really wants to work. There bread are old, and when its heat up its crumbles into pieces. Veggies same thing are old. The sad part, racist. What the subways corporation will say about this.
