This place has legit New York style pizza. The crust was crispy and chewy at the same time and perfectly foldable. I’ve had New York Pizza all over the place including some famous locations and this restaurant is worth trying. If you think you can’t get good pizza in Hastings Nebraska, Forgetaboutit!

a true Gem! Finally, a real NYC pizza shop that fulfills the bill! Grand Island you have a gem here! Absolutely phenom. My wife and I have eaten at Brooklyn Pie shops, and others across the Big Apple and this is exactly what it claims to be! The pie texture was perfect. Crust was beautiful, toppings didn’t slide all over, the cheeses used stretched beautifully. The bruschetta was delicious and easy to eat. They had Parmesan mixed in with the other ingredients that tied everything together perfectly. I had the German Pie with added mushrooms, my wife had the Margarita pie, spaghetti and pasta Fagioli however you’ll have to go to her review for those tasty details! Check out Saber Blades review! I truly hope you go visit and support this quality establishment. A true hidden gem. 🙂

I have been eating here before the moved to Hastings. They have the best pizzia I have ever had in Nebraska. I used to live in NJ where the originally came from and it is so good. I ordered a slice and some garlic knots. One of the workers came over and gave me a free water while I was enjoying it because I didn’t order a drink. I love this place and always will. 10/10 I highly recommend

This place was recommended to us and it did NOT disappoint!! Really cute inside, and super friendly and helpful staff! The food was AMAZING, we had a Stromboli and Penne with vodka sauce. The price is great for how much food you get, we were only able to eat half!! We also heard the table behind us complimenting the waitress on how great the soup was! 10/10 recommend! It was a 40 minute drive for us and we’ll definitely be back!!

YUM! We got the pasta vicky (seafood pasta), fettuccini alfredo, and penne with pink sauce. The kiddos had pizza and spaghetti. Everyone loved their food! Our favorite was probably the seafood pasta – the lemon sauce was delicious. The soup before the meal was very good too! The owner came out to talk and said they moved here from New Jersey and opened about five months ago. Food was fast and fresh. Always great to support small businesses especially when the quality is this good! Go check it out!

The food is PHENOMENAL! I’m rather picky about my pizza, this is paper thin, CRISPY crust, toppings are lavish, they’re not shy with them! Our personal pizza was over 12”, the larges are HUGE! Very reasonable prices on all the dishes, the house special Philly sandwich was also massive, lots of toppings and cheese, steaming hot on very nice bread! Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, and filled an entire plate! Service was casual and very good as well. Food comes out at different times, which is ok with me, it’s piping hot and fresh that way! I think we just found the best pizza in town, definitely come give it a try!

The pizza and garlic knots are delicious! Definitely not New York Pizza, as I’ve had New York Pizza and it is the best pizza ever! If you haven’t been you should! HOWEVER THIS IS THE BEST PIZZA THAT I FOUND IN NEBRASKA SO FAR.

I’m from NYC and visiting family for two weeks. To be honest, the restaurant selection and variety in Hastings is understandably poor ,location and diversity are obvious reasons. I was about to make my own pizza, but did a quick google search and saw this joint recently opened. Heck…I’ll give it a shot! It had a thin center, puffy, charred edges, and when I took a bite I had just the slightest cheese . I didn’t get an avalanche of cheese and there was not a crack on the back when I folded my slice to take a bite. The bottom line is that it was outstanding! My only complaint is your dessert menu, you didn’t have what you advertise. This is easily fixed with an Italian Nona cookbook and an experienced baker. I’ll definitely be back!

Was browsing Google maps in Hastings and found this place. Decided to give it a try and was really surprised in a good way. Best pizza I’ve ever had. I love thin, crispy crust and this is the most perfect version of that. I got 2 slices of pepperoni and one cheese. I was full and it cost just over $10 with no drink. Great value and food! Hastings is lucky to have this spot. Can’t wait to go back again! If you are on the fence, don’t be, this place is wonderful!
