No soap in the bathroom it’s there but doesn’t work. Long wait at counter no hello or be with you soon. Lady before just got mad left guess she’d been waiting too. Finally got tired of waiting so I had to use kiosk which won’t give me a physical receipt. Ordered two of the skimpiest burritos I ever received. Basically three pieces of cubed chicken no other ingredients see pick. Not a very good visit. Had to ask for my cup. Just not good. Sorry

Edit: I previously said my order was always right at this location but service has quickly gone downhil. Twice in one week I’ve ordered a beefy melt with NO SOUR CREAM. It gets rang it with no sour cream and when I receive my order, the burrito is drowning in it. The line crew needs to pay more attention to the order screen. Both incidents happened when they weren’t very busy.

This place don’t deserve one star. I’ve only been twice. An the first time I ordered a Cheesy gordita an it was undercooked, Stale an when I called the lady swore cheese don’t melt when hot. An when I asked for her name she told me it was Somebody. That’s right her name is somebody. Just stoped by an go a breakfast quesadilla it was cold still an cheese wasn’t melted again. Ur business will not stay opened long when customers are not happy and workers don’t have a good attitude about their workplace an not friendly.

The owner of this store must not be too bright. There is truck parking across the street from this restaurant and they refuse to open the lobby until 10AM. (Breakfast would only be served for an hour) I personally asked a car to get me one of their Breakfast burritos with sausage and bacon. It came with a tortilla that only had sausage and bacon. It didn’t have any eggs, cheese or anything else that a NORMAL burrito would have. I looked at this place online and they are not even hiring. (Fully staffed). All I can say is hopefully the owner of this establishment sells it to someone smarter and with more sense.

Pulled in and parked to walk in and place an order, only to be met with the doors being locked. It was 9:00 in the morning and they were open as people were leaving the drive thru when I showed up. This has happened on more than just this one occasion among many other issues with this place. Only one person seemed to be working inside as only one vehicle was parked outside. What a joke.
