Workers were very nice and welcoming. Paul who made the sandwhich was very nice on the phone and made one of the best Philly cheese steaks I ever had. Paul was very attentive with making sure I was happy with the sandwhich I got and thats very rare in fast food. Im an executive chef and I would definitely bring him on my team if he wants to leave mikes. Great job guys keep up the good work. One hell of a sandwhich and great customer service. Happy holidays

Shoutout to the crew on 12/19/2025 at around 8:40 in the evening. My first time visiting this location. Definitely won’t be the last.
This is the time of year brings on many challenging aspects with work and personal matters. Tonight, I was one of the many people who witnessed the epitome of what good customer service is all about.
It was twenty minutes before closing, a sudden rush came in, some unforeseen challenges/ circumstances arose, and very limited man power behind the counter. Despite all of this, nobody was being turned away from getting their last minute dinner after a long day of work or finishing up that last minute Christmas shopping. Not one employee was stressing out, in fact, they were giving it their all despite a few impatient people who were waiting. Smiling and doing the best they could with what they had. All of this stuff is things a lot of people do not realize, especially this time of year. Tonight as a customer, I saw teamwork/ support, as well as great customer service all in one shot. And its things like this that will make me want to come back to this location.
Oh might I add, the regular #6 I got was AMAZING! Very well crafted and very yummy.
Kudos to you guys for having such an amazing team on hand. I will be back again for another Jersey Mikes Sub

Worse service ever! I waited 20min for my hot sandwich and when I finally got it the woman had an attitude. I usually get good service here but today that girl on the grill was terrible. There were at least 8 people working behind the counter and I still had to wait forever. I’ve worked in hospital and restaurants, I know things happen but at least practice good customer service- be apologetic and reassuring don’t give customers your ‘I don’t give a damn’ attitude. If it was my business I would fire her on the spot. This place use to be good but apparently not anymore.

Typical Jersey Mikes. But again it was fresh and portion size was filling. I had the classic Mike’s way with a Chicken Philly that didn’t make the photo cut..lol. I was starving after a long day of meetings. Jersey Mikes always did delivery hot and fresh and your order is correct.

It’s been a long time feeling so welcomed into a store. Honestly they go above and beyond. I needed to only charge my phone for an emergency and the manager charged my phone. It was such a friendly and loving environment . They bring good energy and I will be going back to visit again.

Oh how I wish the service and overall experience could be like this , at my local jersey Mike’s in milford pa. It’s night and day. Keep up the outstanding job, your employees seem to be so happy to be there and enjoy there job . When ever I am in Middletown I will stop here .

They offer gluten free, with a big sign on their window!!! I went in there to get a gluten free sandwich and was treated like garbage. I have celiac disease and I told them that. They proceeded to use a dirty rag that they just used to clean regular bread crumbs with on the slicer for cold cuts. I tried explaining I can’t have cross contamination. Middletown NY manager needs to educate themselves and employees on Celiac Disease!!! After having words with one very rude and nasty employee, I walked out. Be very careful if you eat there and have food allergies or celiac disease. I will be reporting them!!

Made me wait for my order that was already done and paid for through the app while they served another customer. The quality has dropped off immensely. The Italian was tasteless and the onions on the Philly cheesesteak were raw and crunchy.
Their prices are ridiculous. Avoid this place like the plague.
