What can I say that probably hasnt already been said about El Bebo’s?!? Ive been passing by their truck for almost a year now on my way home and kept saying I was going to stop and I finally did a couple of nights ago. It was not super packed so I was able to walk up and quickly order a couple of tacos-an asado and carnitas. Unfortunately they were out of the el pastor, but that just gives me a reason to come back, right?!?
And I do plan to come back as both of my tacos were stuffed with meat, cilantro, and onions. The tortillas were super soft and held mostly everything together, which I was not happy by the fact some of the ingredients may have been lost, just means I have to use a fork. The sauces that were included were full of flavor and added a great pop to the tacos. As long as I am out here I plan to return to Bebo’s!!! A must! Gracia por todo!

Dont buy off the truck off Peart. They serve you the left overs and the Salsas were going bad. We ate the location on Jimmy Kerr and that was fine, but the truck they have on Peart is old food. We got the runs from it and just made our stomach hurt. Dont go to that truck.

I was hesitant to try this place because I’m just not a food truck kinda guy. That being said, we were hungry and wanted to door dash something new and boy was I happy we chose to. I was more than satisfied with the food I received here! The Jamaica was delicious, my wife and children loved their Carne “Asada” tacos, and I loved my Carne “Asada” Burro. I loved it so much, when I woke up the next morning I decided I would eat it for dinner again.

We went to the location in Florence for dinner. They have a wide variety on their menu and everything we tried was good along with decently priced. They also package up little condiments with limes, pickled red onions, and cucumbers along with two different salsas. My kids smashed all the food and are asking when we can go back. I recommend their Al pastor tacos, burritos, and horchata (which they package into plastic bottles and seal). Their chipilons are also good with the melted cheese on top.

On Sunday Feb 6 2022 I found these guys in Coolidge, AZ crossing of Vah Ki Inn Rd and Arizona Blvd (Near Casa Grande Ruins – a National Monument). I ordered asada, chicken, and head/brain tacos. 3 tacos = $8 (remember to carry cash and help small businesses save money on credit card vendor fees). The head taco is out of this world, you’d never know it’s not just super tender and juicy piece of beef, you absolutely have to try it – no, it’s not weird! Asada and pollo tacos were very delicious too. I’ve met Serjio who runs the truck and he is a very friendly guy who of happy to share his story and listen to yours. I’m very grateful to have made it this far to experience the quality and taste of this food. Definitely eat here.
