Went through the drive thru, one of the employees kids was walking around behind the counter. I watched the girl drop sauce packets on the floor and then pick them up and put them in my bag. I was disgusted and we didn’t eat the food so that was a waste of money but I just worked 13 hrs so I wasn’t wasting anymore time. This is the second time I had a bad experience here. A couple months ago I ordered food and the sandwiches were so saturated in grease they broke through the bag onto my car seat and there’s no reason for the meat to even be greasy. Learned my lesson, never going back to this Arby’s.

The place was empty. Just the employees. Very dead. But I stop inside pick up there Apple turn over. They are delicious. The same as other Arby’s. But the cashier did ask or warm the the turnover.

Words alone cannot express the satisfaction delivered by this amazing establishment and their staff. From the food being brought to our table, to the TV playing shows WE REQUESTED, to the cleanliness and wonderful aroma, outlets to charge your phones, I could go on and on. I came here for my birthday and will be doing do again for the forseeable future.
The employees are so kind and chill, the vibe is just off the chain for a “fast food” joint. Come for the curly fries but stay for the experience !!!!

The King Hawaiian Sandwich & The Customer Service cannot be beaten at this location! As well as the horsey sauce, atmosphere, curly fries, comfortable booths, & easy-peezy ordering! ARBY’S NOW HAS CRINKLE-CUT FRIES TOO!

Staff was great chicken nuggets were horrible tasting and smelled horrible as well check out picture. It seems they were taken out of the freezer plopped into oil and cooked before they thawed from being frozen or they were outdated. Yuk yuk horrible even received a second serving was just as horrible as the first.
Second complaint was the receipt for my purchase. Can’t be read. Ink was depleted or dried out. Mentioned this to the hostess about having the ink changed she shrugged her shoulders. I paid cash for this entire meal including the deluxe roast beef with American Cheese and Kringle fries.for entire meal paid cash $25.60 on Friday Feb. 18, 2022 @ 3:00 PM

Good for in and out quick bites, but staff left me sitting for over 10 minutes even though I was the only person at the entire resturant and then forgot utensils, napkins, and the sauce I asked for.

This is definitely my favorite Arby’s to visit now! Jahmel took care of my wife and I in the drive through. He has a very positive attitude, made sure we got exactly what we ordered and quickly, and when I went inside to get his name he was working the counter inside at the same time as the drive through! Coming back for sure!
