The store was immaculately clean and packed with customers. The employees were slammed with customers but every single one of them smiled and said hello. The food was delicious and for as busy as it was, the line went very quick. Great selection of food and beverages.

I’ve been here twice. The first time, the sandwich was good, which is why I came back expecting the same quality. Unfortunately, both times the employees seemed more interested in talking to their friends than helping customers, and this time the sandwich tasted like something was no good on it. I was really looking forward to eating something that tasted good, so this was truly disappointing and honestly made me sad.

Slow service and the employees could care less. I understand people make mistakes but when they intentionally ignore how you order your sandwiches that’s insulting. I would recommend the one in danbury. At least at that one they actually care. My job ordered multiple sandwiches from the danbury store and all came out perfectly. I would not recommend the Carmel location.

Sandwiches were okay. Just regular. The staff are young so they’re more into talking to each other than paying attention to the customers. One thing that was also unsettling is none of them wear hair nets. The girl making my sandwich had two long pig tails and when i looked around i noticed everyone handing the food didn’t have one on. I legit had to check my food before I ate it. Was excited it finally open but will probably not be back.
