i really tried to refrain from making a review but i really cant keep going here. i kept giving this location the benefit of the doubt bc its the only one on my way to work but they only get my order right and make everything right about 40% of the time. They have given me frozen bagel bites, theyve given me the wrong kind of bagel, theyve made my coffee with mostly milk and barely any coffee. i feel bad for the employees who work there as theres been times i go and theres only been 1 person running the store. today i ordered and the person on drive thru was rude when i was placing my order, my coffee doesnt have ANY french vanilla and my bagel barely has cream cheese. its a shame, i shouldnt have to go so far out of my way just to go to another dunkin that will get my order right.

Manisha should not be on the phone while taking customers. She was on the phone the entire time taking my order and was mad because I was not done ordering. She can’t hear while she’s on the phone. Repeated myself twice and then she forgot to add caramel to BOTH of the coffees I ordered. because she was ON THE PHONE. Went back twice just for her to add it all sloppy. She added the caramel right on top and said “stir ok” so stupid. Never coming here again.

I came to this Dunkin in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday to grab a couple of drinks and donuts. The parking lot was busy because of the rest of the shopping center but this Dunkin was empty. My order was taken immediately and the drinks came out a minute later. There were still tons of donuts left around 2-3pm as well. The woman working the front was very polite as well!

I believe a place should take care of current, present customers than mobile orders. My colleague and I waited over 5 minutes just to place an order as the first in line because they preferred to make the mobile orders.

Depending on who’s working more than likely they won’t mix any of the drinks at all. My sister and I ordered drinks and all the sugar and syrup was on the bottom not mixed together and even when I grabbed a straw to mix the sugar it was way too much sugar.

I usually prefer drive thru locations but I don’t mind walking into this one! Everyone is super nice and my coffee/food always comes out great, consistent too! Midday/late morning crew is awesome 🙂

During my visit to this Dunkin location, I observed two female employees, one older and one younger, who was distracted by her phone. When a young male customer’s order was prepared, the older employee repeatedly called out to him as he didn’t respond initially, which struck me as unprofessional. Additionally, after handing him his order, she appeared to touch her face nose or whatever and then inspect her hand, seemingly disgusted, without taking the opportunity to wash her hands. This incident has resulted in my decision to avoid this Dunkin location in the future.

Wow this is my second time visiting this location. Maisha was on the phone the first visit and screwed up my order. Gave it a second try. Same lady on the phone not paying attention and screwed up my order. Rude and poor service. Only me in the place and took almost 10 minutes to brew a simple plain latte. Get a job at a call center if you like to talk on the phone. Never returning and will spread the word to friends and family.
