For being in the neighborhood all this time we’ve been missing out! We picked up some enchiladas, pozole and sope for lunch. Let me tell you I was not disappointed! Their servings are plentiful and very tasty. I was even impressed with their serving size of pozole filled with meat and hominy. Can’t wait to come back to our new neighborhood spot.

Came on a Monday afternoon for a torta. Perfect size, great mix of meat and condiments, chicken was great and soft bread. Staff was amicable and food was fairly quick to be served. Credit card has to be paid over $10.

This Mexican restaurant blew me away with their authentic flavors and cozy ambiance. The service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic dining experience. I highly recommend trying their mouthwatering tacos and refreshing margaritas. A true gem in the Mexican cuisine scene!

Service was good, huevos rancheros were good too but I tried a taco de barbacoa and it gave me food poisoning almost immediately after eating it. I was in town for an NFL game and it was the worst experience for me. 3 days later and I’m still sick to my stomach back home in Dallas Texas. I did not eat the entire taco as it had a nasty after taste and felt slimmy.

We love this quaint neighborhood spot. Food is always tasty and fresh. Been coming here for more than five years and haven’t had a bad meal yet. It can get busy during the dinner hour, but that’s because it’s good and worth the wait. If you are planning on takeout, just call ahead and save the wait time.

I have tried many items here. I have not been disappointed…ever. I love that their menu reflects a typical Mexico City style of food. I highly recommend a squash blossom quesadilla…. amazing. I’ll keep going back for good food and good prices. It’s an Alum Rock Village gem. Remember they are closed on Wednesdays!
