I just want to share my experience today Saturday Oct 10 at this location.
We went there this morning at 10:50 AM, my wife and my 2 Kids, I know that it was past breakfast, but I just want to take the shot and ask if they still have some. I ask the Manager Mr Edwin and for my surprise He said that the breakfast end at 10:30 AM but…He will be more than happy to help us, he said that the only products that it was not available was the egg and biscuit, that was perfect because my Kids and wife wants French Toast and hashbrows and I just want a coffee. Wow we were very surprise about his courtesy and service, he even make the coffee fresh for us. The order came fast, fresh and excellent, the Manager even give Crowns to my Kids and a sample of the cotton candy frozen drink. What surprise us most was, that this Manager was very profesional, helpfull and went the extra mile to make us happy. Him and the employee in the kitchen were amazing, they took the food to my table. Restaurant was clean, food was excellent, employees like them is what we need to run a sucessfull business.
Thank you Mr Edwin, to make our morning to start positive
It’s frustrating how management has created a system that focuses so much on “speed” that families like mine get overlooked especially when our order is a little bigger. Two adult meals and two kids meals shouldn’t be a reason to ignore us or put us last.
What made it worse is that I was still willing to pay full price for the SpongeBob meals even though some of the items were sold out, and they still handled my order carelessly. This was honestly one of the most disappointing fast-food experiences I’ve had, and something needs to change with how they treat customers and manage orders.
This is a stark contrast from about a year ago when the manager working did not really seem to care, and the food took a very long time to come out.
They consistently forget food, napkins, etc regardless of how busy they are. I’m missing stuff at least 50% of the time, and I don’t go often. Very annoying, especially when you’ve worked a long day and just want something quick.
**Food Quality:**
– The fries arrived cold, which really affected the overall meal
– The brisket portion was extremely small – barely any meat for what I paid
– Received completely different items than what I actually ordered
– Strawberry Lemonade is pretty good
**Service:**
– Order accuracy was poor – getting the wrong items is a basic service failure
– When I brought up the incorrect items, management did remake one of them, but their attitude was rude and unprofessional about fixing their own mistake
– Made me feel like I was being difficult for expecting to receive what I ordered
While I appreciate that they corrected one item, the hostile attitude when addressing their error was unacceptable. Customer service should involve taking responsibility for mistakes, not making customers feel bad for pointing them out.
For the price point, I expected much better quality, accuracy, and basic courtesy. Hope management can address these consistency and attitude issues.
