I placed an online delivery, my drink was wrong, instead of a sweet tea I got some type of soda & my sandwich came 1/2 the size of a regular sandwich, with stale hard bread. I called the store & spoke to a “manager”. She basically told me there’s no possible way my sandwich was smaller than usual and it couldn’t be a little john and then hung up in my face. I come in frequently. I’m never greeted when I come in even though they greet other people who come in after me. The environment is cold. No customer service and it seems like they want you out of their way as soon as possible. If it wasnt so convenient and close to me, I’d leave this location alone for good.

Went to order today, Dec 1 at around 5:30pm. I approached the cash register ready to order and was told by Steven “that my order was not being taken right now” so I patiently waited for a couple minutes. When it was time to take my order, I ordered and requested if I could get salt and pepper. Steven rudely replied that they don’t have salt and pepper. I thought I had gotten some at a different location in the past and told him I’ve gotten it before. He IMMEDIATELY started calling me a liar… over salt and pepper. He then proceeded to tell me how he’s worked at Jimmy John’s for 6 years, like I cared. I would expect him to have some decency working for Jimmy John’s that long …

Awful customer experience. Do not order delivery. It took almost an hour for my delivery and they did not include my drink. Called and the interaction was rude and a refund on my order was not allowed. Filled out the survey as many are directed to on here and have not heard back after 48 hours as indicated. A cold jj sandwich is not worth all of that lmao like why did i even tip?

I usually order from Jimmy John’s when I want something quickly because they usually prepare and deliver orders extremely quickly. However, today I ordered via the app at 7:54pm and it is now 9:04pm and I have yet to receive a sandwich and there has been no change in the delivery status. To make matters worse, I attempted to call twice to see if they could give me a time estimate and they refused to answer the phone. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this location again anytime soon due to their sub par service.
