I had some troubles with a previous order and reached out to Dominos for their help with it. One of the workers, Jacqulyne, reached out to me personally and helped make everything right for us! I am a regular customer at this location and the customer service is always amazing and service & food overall is always on point. I just wanted to shout out to Jacqulyne for going above and beyond to help us out and make everything more than perfect! Cannot thank her enough for all her help!!! On one occasion, I walked inside to place an order and one of the staff (an angry lady) was hollering at other workers and throwing pans on the floor. I left after no one offered to take my order.
On another occasion, at the drive in window, i had a similar experience with an angry female staff member. She was rude and disrespectful.
I understand that high volume business can be stressful at times, however, staff members should not allow stress and anger to be directed towards customers or other staff in front of customers.
If the job is too stressful, then maybe these staff members should seek a different form of employment.
Based on 2 bad experiences , consecutively, at the same location, my family and I will choose to order pizza elsewhere..

We ordered 2 pizzas for delivery and our pizzas were on point! Still hot and delicious. I had an uncut thin crust, no oregano seasoning, with Alfredo sauce, chicken and spinach. My wife had square cut thin crust, with red sauce, pepperoni, sausage and jalapeños. Both were very good pies. We really love the Domino’s app as it makes ordering a breeze and you can get coupons right off the app. Our hats off to the staff and management.

The worst service!!!! The “ delivery driver “ that was trying to take my order hung up on me without notice because she couldn’t hear me. She never got my order right, finally I was so aggravated I said forget it and she hung up on me again. I called back to speak to the “manager “ who sounded 12 years old never offered me any apology. This was after they got all my information on my card so now I’m checking every day to make sure they don’t use my information.

Although they could never seem to get my address right in their system (even though I put it in correctly) and always had to call me because they couldn’t “find my house” (wrong street everytime), after I put detail instructions in the notes, no more issues. But pizza is always hot when its delivered and hotter when i pick up. Recently I order the $5.99 mix and match deal, but wanted to see if it was possible to get something on the cookie/brownie dessert, for my 2 year old birthday. The guy on the phone said they don’t have a way to do that, but said he thinks he can make it happen. Sure enough, this young man put a big 2 on the dessert for us. Sure made my sons day seeing that. I was busy on the phone when I was picking up the order, that I never had a chance to get his name, thank him personally and give him a tip. But a big THANK YOU for what you did yesterday (28-Sep-2020) for my son.
