This location always provides our school with a absolute phenomenal experience. The pizzas are cooked to perfection and delivered on time piping hot. A huge shoutout to the manager, Alireza, for ensuring top-notch service! We have used other pizza company in the area. However, the passion and attentiveness from this location makes Friday’s at our school a great way to end the week. We’ll definitely continue to use this location for all our pizza needs!

Absolutely terrible. Im livid right now which is the ONLY reason I’m not driving up to the store to have them fix this.
1 pizza is missing a topping (no pineapple), 1 pizza is cut INSANELY crazy (was supposed to be square cut), cheesesticks were cut in the biggest slices I’ve ever seen, I ordered extra sauces and (nacho cheese) and was given blue cheese. Check out the labels to see what i ordered vs what was delivered…
I called the store to ask for a partial refund for the extras I paid for but didn’t receive and was told the manager was “adding a note to my account for 25% off”. SIR… what are you talking about? Keep it, I will NEVER be back here again. I wish I could give this store 0 stars…

I highly recommend this Papa John’s team. When I accidentally placed the wrong order, the service was exceptional. The manager was patient, understanding, and genuinely helpful. I order from this location often, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. Phenomenal local pizza and great customer service every time.

My entire family got food poisoning after eating pizza from this location. We ordered a Hawaiian pizza and a chicken pizza, and all 4 of us got sick within hours.
We spent the entire night vomiting, with diarrhea, fever, chills, nausea, and abdominal pain. Nobody could sleep. This was not a coincidence.
Extremely concerning food safety issues. Eat at your own risk.

The manager Ali is the best. Human error on my part and put my address a number off so my order was returned to the store. I was ready to just place another order but Ali made my order Fresh and sent it back out for delivery. Im one for excellent customer service. That was top tier!

Todayyyyyyyyyy….ZACK did his thing!!!! I had placed an order online, which I didn’t find out till I got there that it didn’t go through because the system was down. Zack worked tirelessly to help individuals who had already placed their orders to make things right! he was saying things like “ Help me help you, what can I do to make this right?” It was so great to see exceptional customer Service. Although my order did not go through, they were able to get a screenshot of my order from my phone and prepare all of my food. Food came out excellent per usual I never have an issue so if y’all ever see a roach or anything there, please don’t post it on here because I will never stop going regardless LOL!!! Great job today Zack and the team who made the food!!

I will NEVER order from this location ever again. Food and my order was completely wrong. When does a medium pizza comes with a thin crust, tiny wings and sooo much cheese we had to pull it off . I think it was done out of spite because I wanted a refund so they made me a second order. Also I didn’t receive my 1/2 off my next order like manager promised

This is the 3rd time Poppa John at this location has done our order wrong. The first time we ordered delivery the driver messed up our door camera to where the video couldn’t catch his face and took off with one of our pizzas. The second time it was during the day time with no toppings on our pizza. The 3rd time is tonight when we ordered a large pizza and they gave us a medium in a large box.

Really dissatisfied I Purchased steak and cheese pizza and I received only onion and green peppers no steak at all call back and explained what happened and I was promised for a free pizza for next order. Called couple days later and someone rudely pick up the phone and started yelling about call back in 45 mins til manager gets back to get my pizza. Called back an hour later and I was told that they don’t see nothing in the system for a credit for a free pizza. Never ordering from this place I rather eat frozen pizza than ordering from this place.
