I was so excited to try this place, but never got the opportunity. When I arrived, I was the only person at their beach location and someone came out to take my order as she was taking my order two other ladies showed up with groceries and their restock items I would assume. The girl that was helping me and the other two ladies that arrived with the groceries ALL then proceeded to unload the groceries from the car and go through existing groceries that were in their freezer area, deciding whether they should keep the items or not. Meanwhile, I am just sitting in the chair waiting for one of the THREE people to possibly start making my order but after about 8 to 10 minutes that never happened and all three women were going through the old and new groceries. At that point I just asked for a refund and one of the older ladies that had brought the groceries immediately said sure no problem. The lady didn’t even turn around to look at me. Not one of them apologized or even offered to start making my order. So there is ZERO and I mean ZERO customer service at this location. Can’t speak for their main location, but the their beach location they must be so busy that they can be rude to customers and I guess just make customer orders whenever it’s convenient for them. Also, I ordered an açaí Bowl which I was informed they were out of so then I asked for a yogurt parfait and was told well, I don’t think we have yogurt either, wait maybe we do possibly. Then she went to look and pulled out some vanilla yogurt from Meijer and said oh we do have yogurt. The whole experience was wild and made me check my watch for the date and time to make sure somebody hadn’t accidentally opened the doors when they weren’t supposed to be open because they definitely weren’t trying to do business in there. Also, I get it’s a beach tourist town so it was $32 for a fruit bowl and a yogurt parfait which I get but Insane if the people there aren’t gonna speak to you or present themselves as a decent business owner.

ice cream was half melted when handed to us, and quite up-marked for the poor quality. Service was kind but messed up my order. Better off finding another place to get a frozen treat in the area.

Ladies working are super friendly and the food is excellent.
I will suggest they improve on food ordering operations and the preparation of food. Long wait for the food to be prepared and no designated areas to fill out the paper ordering forms. I fear it could be a long wait on a nice summer day. The prices seem to be a bit strong as well. We ordered 3 smoothies, 1 bowl, 2 sandwiches and the cost including tip was just over $90. I will say all of the fruit and other ingredients were quite fresh and it all tasted excellent.
We look forward to returning!

Waited 45 minutes to carry out 1 sandwich, 1 grilled cheese, a toast, and two smoothies, despite the place being completely empty when we walked in. We were handed our smoothies at the 10 minute mark but one of them was warm. Would not recommend the veggie toast – it’s just raw veggies, also would not recommend the grilled cheese given it was $13 for a slice of cheese on bread. Pretty frustrated as we were expecting a <10 minute stop and instead spent $90 and almost an hour.

We arrived at the noon opening time behind one other small party. 30 minutes after ordering, still having no sandwiches, I asked at the counter, “how long does it take to make 3 sandwiches?” We waited a LONG time to get our food. There were no bathrooms available to the public or for patrons. If you’re going to make someone wait 30 minutes for food, especially since I spent close to $90 there (lunch, for a party of 3), you should probably let them use a bathroom while waiting. I asked where the closest one was, and instead of offering theirs, they sent me up the road. In my opinion, if they got their act together, it would be a VERY nice venue that is close proximity to the beach. There were no tables inside to eat on; only chairs everywhere and some coffee tables. You should consider adding outdoor seats up front if possible. The strawberry mango smoothie and blueberry lemonade boba were delicious, though. Noteworthy: While it didn’t affect my order, they did have to send someone out to restock the bananas and GF bread, just minutes after opening for the day. I overheard employees complaining about how the items were not at the venue yet. One very polite and helpful employee who took my GF order let me know that the chicken salad contains flour. I just ordered something else. After we had ordered, she later came over to me and let me know they have 2 vendors and the chicken salad they had in the restaurant actually WAS gluten free, and she asked if I wanted to change my mind (if I still wanted the chicken salad from when I first ordered) which I appreciated. I wish I knew her name to give her a shoutout, but she had nose rings, if that helps to identify her.
