I’ve only been to this Dunkin twice yet both times have been terrible experiences. Both times were also during the overnight shift so there’s clearly a problem when it comes to this shift. I don’t know if this is a staff issue or it’s just one guy but I’m pretty sure this same dude took my order in the summer and messed it up. Anyways yesterday I ordered a Dunkalatte from here and it looked terrible, completely wrong. I’ve never had a problem with ordering a Dunkalatte anywhere else. I don’t even know how you can mess it up as it’s just coffee milk and espresso. This drink looked like it didn’t have an ounce of coffee milk. I hate wasting food and drinks but this was literally undrinkable. Straight to the garbage. I only ever go to this Dunkin bc it’s open 24 hours but you’re wasting ur time and money if u ever go in during the overnight shift.

This Dunkin is right behind my house and I couldn’t be happier with them.. guaranteed I’m there like every single day and I never change my order so more than half of the workers already know me so when I get to the speaker they already know LOL. I rarely have ever had my coffee made wrong. And they are probably the sweetest workers there. Absolutely love them. Thank you for always making my coffee great. And honestly usually drive throughs are really slow they happen to be the fastest I’ve ever seen so far. Especially in the morning when I’m running late to work sometimes they’re pretty quick. Have to give it to them for that. I’ve seen some sloww places before.

The workers here are absolutely rude!! Guy behind the counter with glasses and beard tried to get pressed at someone by saying he couldn’t read something out of some coupon, shame on this place. Hire better attitude people will ya?!

I’m really disappointed, and I almost never leave bad reviews—but for nearly $6, I expect to get a full drink, not take three sips and already be halfway through! It’s disheartening to have this experience. What made it even more frustrating was when I politely asked a staff member to remove the ice, only to be told that without it, the drink would look like a much smaller quantity. I even offered to pay for a refill to make up for the difference, but instead of a fair solution, I was only given the option to pay for oat milk—just one-third of the ingredients! I really wanted to love this place, but this kind of practice feels unfair to loyal customers. I hope management considers making adjustments to ensure guests get their money’s worth.

Update to my 2 year old review.
This Dunkin has been removed. It has a super fresh look. Very clean.
There is plenty of sitting space.
Staff are the same nice and friendly. I stop by this Dunkin when I’m in the area and craving Dunkin.
And…French Crueler is back after 1 5-2 years ago.

Good location, nice people. I’ve been there 2 or 3 times, each took care of me really fast.
Drive through is covered from top, so no rain can be in your order. I think that’s really cool

These workers could not care less about reading an order. Terrible service, terrible food, wasted so much time having to come back just to fix what should’ve been fine in the first place. If you want to waste your time and money, go here. Worst Dunkin in old bridge / Matawan area

$6 for a CUP OF ICE!
I ordered a medium shaken espresso but instead I got a cup of ICE with a DASH of coffee. This WASN’T the first time nor the second—this was actually the THIRD time. I even asked for LIGHT ice. YUP, learned my lesson, won’t be visiting this location again

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at your shop. Despite being a customer for 7-8 years, I’ve consistently encountered stale bagels, including my most recent visit. This issue has led me to stop purchasing bagels from your store multiple times in the past.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but the frequency of this issue suggests a need for improved inventory management. As someone who knows the owner personally, I believe it’s essential to prioritize Quality over Cost.
I hope you’ll take my feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure fresh bagels are consistently available.
