First visit to the Terre Haute-Honey Creek Panera, on our return home from an extended weekend getaway. The cashier Beth was very friendly, and she patiently helped us with our gift card transaction & redeeming my wife’s rewards. Dining areas were Panera-standard, incl. a lack of staff attention to keep the tables clean. Our pair of Pick 2 orders were prepared without significant delay, and we were happy with the food quality & volume of our meals (1/2 Frontega Chicken sandwich plus Cream of Chicken Wild Rice Soup, 1/2 Chicken Bacon Rancher sandwich plus Rustic Baked Potato soup). Overall a very satisfying lunch for both of us, and we would return to this Panera location.

I am Updating my review. Things have changed. They forget to ask for your rewards or can’t enter them so they ask you to go online and do it. Then they don’t give you the butter you ask for. I was overcharged once and he stood his ground stating it was right. Now the price is less. Guess I was right and was overcharged. No longer the place to start your day. Instead mildly annoying and frustrating. Not where I want to be.
What a great place to start the day. Everyone was so friendly and cheerful. They were quick to take and fulfill my order. I was greated again by name at the pick up counter and new my wrap was being made with love. It tasted great!

Ordered the green goddess cob salad which advertises apple wood smoke bacon. Kept biting down on something hard and realized it was tiny bits of bacon also salad was much smaller than I expected. Unless you can put real pieces of bacon on it don’t put it on at all you can’t even taste the tiny pieces and I was afraid I would break a tooth.

We went for lunch. They weren’t busy. Workers seemed to be having a good time. Ordering was easy. Food came up quick and hot. The sandwiches seem to be light on the meats. The bread is fantastic. The restaurant is clean.

I had lunch there today! I have the choose two which is always my favorite. You cannot pick on item when they have so many yummy options. I ordered online so my time going through the drive through was fast. When I signed up on the app I got $5 off or a free bakery item.

This is fraud folks. I ordered two bowls of “homemade chicken sup” it coast me 28dollars plus tips. And you know what, the portion is crazily small and slightly chicken meat inside. Inflation is too bad but how come 28 dollars just some sup and no meat inside? It’s far from you look on the pictures. This is absolutely fraud!

$14 for a cold breakfast sandwich (supposed to be warm) that was missing the egg, and the worst tasting smoothie I’ve ever had. Congratulations, I ordered two items and they were both wrong/bad.
