Bagel Patch in Medford, CT, holds such a special place in my husband’s heart—it’s the bagel spot he grew up with, where his dad would always pick up fresh bagels on the weekends. We made sure to stop by over Easter weekend to keep the tradition alive, and it did not disappoint! The bagels were just as delicious as he remembered—fresh, perfectly chewy, and full of that classic flavor. I have been coming here for about 5 years now, I absolutely love the bagels and their sandwiches are always to die for!!!! Maria and her staff are always so helpful and are the best things in the morning!!

I ordered an egg bagel with homemade cream cheese and the cream cheese literally melted and it gooey and there set up inside of the store is weird especially when you don’t have a choice but to look on the inside corner to try to see what cold drinks they have, you can’t pick what you want on your own and they forgot to give me a strew with my orange juice. My cream cheese was melted on it and it’s not even a little thick looks like melted butter on it, last time coming here

I used to love this place when I was younger, many years ago. It’s no longer owned by the same people and has changed. It’s still good for bagels and people are very nice that work there. I haven’t tried the cream cheese but my kids have. They give a good amount of cream cheese for bagels and I had tuna on mine which was very good. The price is not bad as well. Would I say they’re my favorite, no but I do like them and would come back again. It’s old and run down bc well it’s been there forever, has not been renovated, it still looks the same as 20 yrs ago when I first went there.

The bagels are decent but i bought an egg sandwich and im completely disgusted. Not only was the bacon raw but i literally watched them pull an old plastic dried fish container out of the fridge, which they now use to store their ketchup in, and scoop ketchup onto my sandwich with her hands! not even a knife. I will never go back there again. never! They are disgusting

Bagels and service was good for a few months after taking over the business. Now not so much. Egg sandwiches are thin. Asking for crispy bacon, you get undercooked, small, thin, barely there strips. They don’t like to sell buttered rolls or any rolls unless they are being used for a sandwich. Bagels seem smaller and not as soft as they were when they first opened. They first seemed to be boiled bagels which are the best. Now they aren’t the same. They last longer and are easier to chew when their boiled. Bagels still taste good.

These latest ones i’ve gotta say things have certainly changed.I live 4 hrs away so i can’t really check my product before i buy it -2 times now – Aug i bought 2 dozen bagels and all my twists were burnt on the bottom – today im looking at yesterday’s purchase when i got home – i think they put all the bagels on a diet as they’re all about 1/3 their regular size – very disappointing-$60 in bagels this year and haven’t single quality in any of them -Time to find a new vendor i’m thinking -sad -that place was pretty awesome at one time

Been going here since I moved out here, so about 8 years. Bagels are great but the service is probably some of the worst I’ve seen. They never smile they get nasty if you take a second and not even a thank you if you tip. There is like one or two workers that are nice there and you will know who just by the others being so rude. Found a new place so I’m done with that dump
