The employees at this Quik Trip location are absolutely THE BEST! Friday 3/6/26 We were driving and caught in very scarey tornado weather and these folks took us and 30 other folks in to get out of the weather. It was brutal. Couldn’t give me change for a 20 but I could buy something for 1$ and get that change…. do better qt this punk kid whoever he was obviously needs better training…. plus when I come in and there is rarely pizza ready whats that about while there are multiple qt personal behind the counter just having a grand old chit chat (the younger ones the older qt guys are outstanding.) Worst experience yet at Qt and my family and I love these. Not going to change us going but this experience because of one employee was garbage…..

No fuel, cash only. And while the restroom was extremely clean, there was a younger employee with longish blond hair at the urinal that walked straight out of the restroom without washing his hands. I did see him outside emptying trash right after. But considering the door has a sign saying employees “must wash hands thoroughly after using the restroom” it’s unacceptable, regardless of the task afterwards.

Extremely busy, especially in consideration of the huge construction on the road Wilson/97 and 412. Even with all that, and a burden to get in there to park, the staff was friendly, counters well stocked, customers all seem happy as they were leaving, making it a very friendly place to be, regardless. This place was hopping when I came by despite the construction around the front side. I assumed I’d be in line forever, but the red-headed young man behind the counter was extremely efficient and getting people through fast. Plus he was polite about it. I’m honestly just reviewing to say how impressed I was.

Convenient and good for gas, but the kitchen at this QT is the worst. Orders are made wrong almost always and nothing seems to be done to remedy the problem. Today, I had enough and went to speak to the assistant manager (didn’t get his name) about the issue. I received no apology nor the appearance of him caring about the issue. Management at this location really needs some assistance.

The staff wasn’t the kind of friendly that I have come to expect, the gas pump was extremely slow (15gal took 18min and the was only 1 other car) and the bathroom……..while it appeared clean physically, it reaked on urine. It’s definitely not a QT that I will be stopping at again, especially since there is another one 2 miles down the highway and one straight across from my destination

I came to get fuel today at 5:35 today 08-03-2024. Prepaid $5 on pump #10. I paid with google pay on my phone, inside the store. 20 mins later i received a notification on my google pay app. That i was charged $7.28. Hopefully this dosen’t happen to anyone else.

This is a very nice store you can tell the staff are a tentative and keep up with the cleaning and stocking on a constant basis. The staff is very friendly and they greet you as you come in that’s always nice to see in a chain store like QuikTrip. This particular location is very busy but they do an excellent job of getting people in and out in a timely manner. I definitely recommend stopping by this establishment if you’re in this area and need a quick bite to eat or a cold beverage or if you just need gas they have a great selection and like I said the store is very well kept.
