Stopped in while waiting for our flight. Greeted promptly by Silenia who provided friendly, prompt service with a smile. Very accommodating and offered mashed potatoes ( in lieu of fries) for my daughter’s side with her chicken wrap. I ordered the bang bang shrimp appetizer which offered a large portion, more than I could eat and certainly ample for two to share as an appetizer. Tables spaced nicely to allow navigation with our luggage. Conveniently located right after coming through the security checkpoint near E gates . Food very tasty and fresh. Lots of variety on the menu, stop in and ask for Silenia as your server!

The airport was so packed and bonefish was an amazing getaway from the craziness. Staff was super friendly and food was great and reasonably priced for airport food. I’d definitely recommend the tomato bisque!

Had a long layover and they were busy so burgers and chicken weren’t available, but the fish and chips tasted amazing. Not the warmest customer service but was informative and got the job done. Loved the music playing on the speakers with lots of variety from 80s to modern day.

Great choice while I have to wait 4 hours for my flight. The place full of customers, not many waitresses (only two) but they did a phenomenal job seating customers, and handling everything appropriately and professionally. My waitress, SILENIA, who took care of me, was amazing keeping everything under control providing me with everything and taking the time to answer my questions. Clearly, she knows what she was doing. I was very pleased and happy with her service. She was professional at all times and did not look overwhelmed with all the pressure she and her peer had. There where more than 50 people at the time I arrived and I decided to make this review because a lot of times people write to mention the bad service and about the place. Today, I needed to let the Bonefish Grill 3 administration, and the manager of this restaurant at the Fort Lauderdale Airport in Florida needed the great service I received from Silenia. Thank you so much, I greatly appreciated. The food and drink were delicious! Firbsure I recommend this restaurant and I will come back. This was a major disappointment. We have one of these nearby in Chicago and it’s a night and day difference to this location. We have dinner at other Bone Fish locations and the standards at each one is obviously significantly above this (granted it’s an airport location etc).
First of all the place is filthy. The menus are disgusting – sticky and just generally horrible to hold. There is dust all over everything. It needs a deep deep clean. It’s obvious standards for cleanliness are not upheld.
Service overall is slow. Seemed like they may have been short staffed – so our server is not at fault for that.
Food was average at best. Recommend you avoid the fish and chips. The bread and dipping sauce was nice though!

I wasn’t planning on getting a sandwich, but only a few things from the menu were available. The sandwich was good, the fish was moist and delicious. The bang bang shrimp was okay too.

We had a long layover and my group decided to stop by Bonefish Grill. There was a bit of a wait before we were seated, but once we sat down our waitress, Silenia, was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the menu, answered all of our questions with patience, and stayed kind and professional even though she was clearly busy. Good service like that is hard to come by these days. Salute to her for being a real trooper.

This is for sure the best eating option in the whole airport! I just got a Cod with broccoli, my husband got a chicken wrap, and a bourbon brownie with ice cream. I must say that the wait time totally worth it! This was the most delicious brownie I have ever had! The texture, temperature, flavor and wetness were on spot!; It was not too sweet which it makes the enjoyable part a little longer. The ice cream as well was the perfect match. And if it makes sense, I want to say that the ice cream felt fresh and natural…
The cod was super tasteful, and the sauce was a perfect pair. I enjoyed every piece of it.
I also could witness how The host seating person and the waitress put lot of pressure to the kitchen to expedite our food-to-go. I could see they were genuinely concerned with our flight departure time. This gave us peace of mind as we were getting close to the boarding time. And they also were very friendly and professional. I left double tip, they deserved it!
