We recently did a large group order for our son’s college team playing at the Air Force academy. Everyone at JJ’s was great with setting up the order and followed through several times to make sure that everything was set and on time. The boys enjoyed the sandwiches and I would use this location every time we are back the academy .

The woman that was there this evening was so nice. There was an issue with her hearing me when I pulled up, and she was so sweet and kept apologizing. It was a 15 second delay at most, nothing most employees would have even mentioned. I believe she said her name was Ezri (I’m sorry if I butchered that). Great customer service and the sandwich was great. I will definitely visit this location again in the future because of my experience today. Thank you!

Came here to eat with my children only to be told there’s no dining in and they aren’t allowed to explain why, it was cold outside so trying to eat outside was not enjoyable and there was no trash can outside. I wish I wouldn’t have placed my order ahead as we would have eaten elsewhere. Don’t accept online ordering if you’re closed for dining. No sign was on the door either. The sandwiches were good, one was not cut in half as requested and the toasted sandwich was over toasted but other than that the sandwiches were good.

Came into the store at 6pm to order at the counter and was told we couldn’t eat in. They close at 9pm. It was cold outside and planned on eating there. When I asked why, the two girls working said they that’s what they were told to tell people. I asked if it was the manager who said that. They said yes, I asked if I could get the manager’s card and she said she couldn’t give it, then just asked for a name and she said she didn’t feel comfortable giving it. (Or she didn’t want to get in trouble). As we were leaving another family who was eating outside asked if we were kicked out too. Seems like they just didn’t want to work. Terrible experience.

I really wanted to like this location because it’s close to me, however I just tried it for the first time today and my hot peppers were completely rotten. They were not spicy and they tasted sour. The hot peppers are the best part! I’m pretty disappointed. I called the restaurant to let them know about the rotten peppers at 5:20 on 8/27 and she did apologize and was kind but did not offer a new sandwich. Oh well.

took my money an hour ago. called and they said they arent doin deliveries. i never recieved a call. then restuarant told me its 5 days till i get my money back!! how is that good business!? lied to me about calling me he said i guess i had the wrong number but its the same number i always use when i order.

I go here quite a bit, and I will say, the service is usually good. So I appreciate that! However, there have been at least 3 times when they have gotten my order wrong. Based on convenience I’ve just eaten the sandwich that was given. My issue today was that I was charged one price, but given something that was not correct and $2 cheaper than what my card was charged. The money is whatever, but I wish they would be a little more aware of what they are doing. For me, it’s just an annoyance..for somebody with an allergy, it could be more serious.

I must express my disappointment with the recent state of Jimmy John’s. In my recent visit, I found the overall cleanliness of the establishment to be severely lacking. The tables, though available, were noticeably filthy, and there were multiple instances of spills on the floor throughout the dining area. To make matters worse, I observed paper towels strewn across the floor, which was truly off-putting and unsanitary.
As a customer, I believe it is crucial for a restaurant to maintain a clean and inviting environment. Unfortunately, my experience at Jimmy John’s fell far short of these expectations. The lack of cleanliness was not only unpleasant but also raised concerns about overall hygiene and food safety.
I sincerely hope that Jimmy John’s management takes immediate action to address these cleanliness issues, as it is vital for the reputation and customer satisfaction of the establishment. Cleanliness should always be a top priority, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all patrons.
I sincerely hope that my feedback will contribute to the improvement of Jimmy John’s and that future visitors will encounter a more hygienic and enjoyable environment.

Solid Jimmy Johns location. Fast and accurate service as their advertisements claim. I have used both their drive through as well as delivery services and never had the slightest issue. Food it always prepared to order and fresh. Nicely places near Bass pro and other area attractions. The drive through access is in the rear which is a bit odd, but not an issue.
