I had a pick up order so i didnt have to dine in or wait for the order my stars is upon the cleanlyness of the resturant the food was ok no where near the best the soda maching looked like it wasnt touched since they opened the store. DUST AND DEBREE OVER THE HOLE MACHINE EVEN THE DRINK NOZLES I HAD TO LEAVE MY CUPS BECAUSE I WOULD DRINK BATH WATER BEFORE I DRUNK OUT OF THAT nasty un sanatary drink machine

We went to Wing Stop, prepared for the glorious culinary chaos of boneless chicken and questionable dipping sauces. What we received was a masterclass in customer service Zen.
As we attempted to place our order, the cashier was operating at peak ‘vibes only’ mode, bopping her head to the in-house jams. After patiently repeating our entire obviously very complicated order (the 15 wing meal for two—the usual life-altering decisions), she finally surfaced from her musical trance.
Her response? A breathtaking, unbothered admission: “Yeah, I know. I was just listening to the music.”
The Takeaway: I appreciate a good sound system as much as the next person, but apparently, at this Wing Stop, the actual wings and the customers are just background noise to the main event: the playlist.
The Food:
• The Wings: They were fine. Mostly served as a delivery system for the sauces.
• The Best Part: The realization that we had just witnessed the peak ‘I don’t get paid enough for this’ attitude in its purest, most honest form. It was truly inspiring.
Final Verdict: Come for the wings, stay because the staff is too busy dancing to take your order. I give it two thumbs up… and one earplug.

I went into this location to grab 2 sauces, blue cheese, and celery. I went up ot the counter, placed the order, and waited…and waited. I was watching staff stand around while 2 guys fried the food for other customers and watched 3 girls standing around and I was listening to their convo. I saw when one of the guys that was actually working made my sauces and grabbed my celery and left it I assume for someone to bag it. I looked at my phone, then 4 minutes later one of the girls got done with their conversation put it in a bag. If they were slammed I would understand. But they were standing around! You cant put it in a bag? I had no cooked food. Y’all need to watch these people because that was wayyyyy too ridiculous

1st time ordering wings there. Lots of choices. Easy to place an order. All of them looked good. I ordered a split order, which is 1/2 of 1 type of wings and then you get to pick the other half in different seasoning. Great decision. I ordered 2 different dry rubs. Both were very good. They got them ready while we waited. Only took 4-5 minutes. We will definitely return for more!

This restaurant is as bad as all the rest of them. Poor customer service, extremely long waits, and unprofessional. The last time I was there last week is my last time going back. I stop going to Spartanburg three years ago. Only to find out it’s the same owners that own this one in Duncan. I was given my food in this bad before I left. The other coworker looked at me like she felt bad for me. She turned to me and offered to re-bag my food to a cleaner bag and whispered, I’m sorry. So I will not spend another dollar with any Wing Stop again. They must own them all the Wing Stops in the Upstate, SC, because they all have the same characteristics of service and professionalism. A greasy bag and I had to wait over thirty minutes for my food, and the people coming in after me ordering getting their food before me. I will Never Again! They say spend money with the small businesses and like kind, but how can you when this is the type of service that you get. NEVER AGAIN! Let me be clear, this is not grease from the chicken, this is from the hand and finger prints of the person that handed me the bag. NASTY!
