Initially saw the reviews, and was worried about coming to this location. However, I was extremely pleasantly surprised. I arrived early in the morning at 8am and the space was clean and there was a full selection of breads, meats, vegetables, and dressings. Our server, Annie, offered kind and professional service and prepared us three beautifully made sandwiches with generous portions. They were some of the most meticulous sandwiches ever made for us at a Subway! I would certainly come back to this location for more.

Normally don’t review too many sub par bad spots but this subway just misses the mark.

Food was cold even tho it was toasted. They laid the meat wrong as to not distribute heat to it. Could have cooked it longer to heat the meat but would have dried the bread out even more. Biggest issue was the old bread. Dry and hard. Maybe they sell enough?

I’ve noticed the Flying J next to it sells pre made subs for 50% off. My guess is it’s the stores way to ditch some the bread they normally can’t sell.

The employee was taking bread out of oven. But by looks of it there was a lot of bread already made. Bread used for my sandwich was hard and dry, definitely not fresh. They didn’t have green peppers, there was very little meat on my sandwich as well. Very unhappy, by far worst subway I’ve been too!

Ran out of bread earlier in the day. Refuses to sell rotisserie chicken, even though they have it, unless you order one of their “specialty” sandwiches, lettuce is literally BROWN, didn’t take any avacado spread out to thaw. It’s like they don’t want to sell you food. Oh, and when I asked for my bread double toasted, they wouldn’t even do that. Hardly any of their veggies were fresh. Absolutely horrible experience. And person working could care less. All at $11 for a 6″. Never again at this subway. There’s a reason they have 2.4 stars.

There should be a negative stars for this Subway.. First I had to wait while she made an online order.. Meanwhile the young guy in front of me was waited on.. Weird since the order came in before him. Anyway, I ordered a footlong boss with bacon.. She didn’t even heat the bacon and piled the cheese on top of each other.. Then the footlong Outlaw barely had any meat and missing the 2x pepperjack.. When i questioned her she said she just piled the cheese on top of each other.. It was a young girl working at 2:30pm 2/17.. She needs retrained on customer service and how much meat goes on sandwiches.. Remove the stainless steel so we can actually see the meat and verify what is put on the sandwiches..

They need to change their hours on google because this subway is definitely NOT open. Bummer too. I sure was craving a sandwich. Oh well. Sign says open 24 hours but they are closed. Please either stay open for the hours you advertise or take the 24 hour sign down and change google. I would have stayed in bed

So I understand that this is a subway attached to a gas station but this place was unreal. They had hardly any veggies and what they did have was old. Their bread seemed like it was from yesterday and the servers didn’t speak a word of english….avoid this place like the plague.

Don’t expect to get served here at subway , they close at 10pm the time online is false. they’ll tell you there’s subway from earlier is their mini fridge . It was 9:50 when we arrived .

Came in just to get a snack. Just a kids sandwich. They made my sandwich when I got the to the counter to pay for my sandwich. I was informed that I had to buy an entire meal. I cannot just have the sandwich itself. There’s a long line behind me so I didn’t want to get back in line and make a new sandwich. Now I’m forced to buy an entire kids meal. I only wanted a sandwich and a bag of chips. They asked me what kind of drink I wanted. I said apple juice. They don’t have apple juice. They forced me to buy a drink then they didn’t have the drink. Terrible customer service. I went in there to get a quick little sandwich. Ended up spending over $7 on stuff I don’t even want all because I don’t want to now get back in line and let them remake me a sandwich that’s actually worth $7. Should have been told up front that kid sandwiches are only purchased through a kids meal. Terrible customer service. The young cashier was nice. I could tell she understood my frustration but management really needs to do better.

First of all, the girl messed up my whole sandwich. I couldn’t even eat it. She put the sauces like too much. I can’t be able to eat it. I have to throw it and when I was buying the sandwich, she put in the bag and throw the sandwich towards me The girl with the jacket someone has to take care of this. This isn’t the way to treat the customers.
