No coupons honored the day we came in. Couldn’t use any other payment form than cash. Wasn’t informed about the cash only until after we waited in line then saw the handwritten note on the counter where you make the sandwich. The girls making the sandwiches were polite enough. I don’t believe we will be returning to this location even though it is the closest to our home.

I went to go in 30 mins before closing and they looked at me through the window and shut and locked the door so I wouldn’t come in.

I had an order for a philly cheese steak with bacon, pepperoni , roasted garlic avoli sauce, and 50% more steak also got cheese. They didn’t toast my bread or add anything i asked for other then my steak and cheese. They need to get a grip on their workers or just close if they can’t do their damn job.

Friendly staff. The always greet u at the door. All fresh ingredients. Even though the staff there is mostly young. They all are very respectful and very well mannered. I like seeing that with the staff. Food is delicious. Great job you guys are doing!!!!

No complaints at all with the waiter. She had no help and was unable to take an order, and click- the phone hung up on me. Once she called me back without request, she apologized and explained to me what was going wrong and guided me to there website ( subway )

Went to get food, watched as the person making the sandwich repeatedly placed their shirt/abdomen on top of the food while leaning forward. You don’t want people’s clothes, hair, etc in or on your food. This isn’t a first occurrence.

This place is horrible they ask you want to eat then you tell them and they don’t listen. I seriously see why out of the years I have lived here I make the trip to Decatur subway much better place to eat and the staff in Decatur is great.
