Jossie is the primary reason I continue to return to this location. He consistently provides exceptional customer service and makes a point to greet customers the moment they walk in, even when he’s busy working in the back.
I’ve visited this location during times when it was ‘ghost quiet’ or when other staff members lacked customer service skills, often acting as though they were being disturbed rather than acknowledging me. Because of that, Jossie’s positive energy truly stands out. On top of the great service, every pizza I’ve ordered has been perfect; I have never been disappointed. Jossie truly deserves a raise for his hard work and the excellent way he represents your business!

The 16 year old manager Hannah hung up on me twice.. she made my pizza and my daughter’s pizza dry and hard to chew.
She didn’t put any cheese on the cheese sticks,they were hard and dry. She had no knowledge of how to deal with a customer complaining.. I want a refund! She got offended and said she wasn’t giving me a refund,I called her a stupid manager with no knowledge.
She said that I was arguing with a 16 year old and that she was recording the conversation.
I laughed and said ,good…so I called her stupid again to make sure she gets a accurate recording..

Every time I come here I see someone making fresh dough which is comforting to know that my pizza is always made fresh. It’s always delicious and hot with friendly staff. They for sure have made me a regular!

So I ordered a round large pizza with extra cheese and mozzarella. What did I get? A cheese pizza with a bunch of Parmesan packet dust already sprinkled on it and pretty doubtful on the extra cheese being actually added. I would’ve sent this back but it both took forever to begin with and I used the TOPTHIS promo so it was 50% off.

I was handed 2 burnt pizzas the sauce was literally burnt off of them I was kind of sad considering I didn’t have time to make dinner and live 30 min away. I chose this location because I went once before and the pizza was good since it’s a new location but I guess whoever made it this time just didn’t care that they burned my pizza. As you can see I took a bite but it was just terrible.

We ordered pizza puffs and they tasted like they were made 2 days ago, the hot and ready cheese pizza looked under cooked. The delivery driver took 30 minutes to get our order to us after he picked it up when we live 10 mins from the restaurant needless to say our food was not hot. We will not be ordering again
