Typically it’s good, today not so much. The hash brown was fused to the wrapper and most of the brisket was… well gristle and veins!
EDIT: I went to the website as directed by “owner”, See addition screenshot below of the company response. They couldn’t even so much as offer me a hash brown . I’ll be hitting up Chic-fil-a next time. The customer service there is next level.

What an amazing customer service experience! Dwayne, Amy, Matt, and Nancy were super energetic, and it was fun to interact with them. They really ensure they are giving the best customer service experience to all of their guests. Any time I fly from PIT, I always look forward to stopping there for a bagel and some coffee – as well as the fun interactions – even if my gate is in a separate concourse.

If you’re lucky you’ll get here before a line is down the terminal! My husband ordered the Vermont. Which I think was the wildest thing on the menu with a maple syrup bagel and sausage egg and cheese. Tasted like a fancy mcgriddle, I could only handle one bite but of course he wolfed it down.

I feel bad because I did not get the employees name, but she made my entire evening. I was in such a rush to catch the last flight home after working ALL day in a new city. My card declined and I didn’t even realize she could see how stressed I was running around getting last minute food since I have not eaten today. She covered my cost and told me to have a fantastic day. This woman deserves a raise. Thank you for your kindness! Have never eaten here before and will 100% be coming back whenever I am in town for work.

This Bruegger’s Bagels restaurant is in the Pittsburgh airport. For our breakfast, the menu did not have a large number of foods, but we we ordered a bagel, egg-bacon-cheese breakfast sandwich, apple juice, and soda for a reasonable price. We liked the flavors of everything. The employees interacted nicely with us.
