We came tonight and ordered 2 medium sundaes and 1 dipped cone. The ice creams were not filled at all. And there’s hardly any fudge.
Hopfully the owner sees this. We come here all the time and have come since I was a kid. This is by far the worst experience we’ve had. This isn’t a medium at all ice cream wise.

Went for some icecream tonight and walked up to the door to find that it was locked. Apparently some teenagers inside wanted an early night off and locked the door 45 minutes early. However they forgot to turn their OPEN sign off so a bunch of other people parked and tried to enter the store after I walked away.
Competent management would fire them just for the amount of money lost tonight.

I ordered a cake online 7 days early for my son’s birthday. When I arrived to the store this morning for the scheduled pick up, they could not locate the cake anywhere. The guy at the front desk could have cared less. He offered an “I’m sorry, I don’t know what happened there” and told me to pick a premade cake. I asked if they could customize it today if I did that since I was already supposed to pick it up and he said it was the cake decorator’s day off. Now my son is going to be crushed when he finds out that there’s no cake for his birthday which is today and nothing of value offered from the store for their mess up. I would not recommend anyone to go here.

What a awful experience!! We took our kids here tonight for ice cream sundaes. The two teenagers working could have cared less that we were waiting to order(which we could have overlooked). However, when they went to make our chocolate sundae they were running low on chocolate and instead of getting more the male worker proceeded to squeeze it onto the sundae with his bare hands!! Keep in mind he had just taken my cash and scratched his butt before just putting his hands all over it. When I told him I wasn’t going to eat that and I wanted a new one he got huffy and slammed the other one in the trash. Absolutely terrible experience! We will never return to this location again.

Walk inside to get death stared at from some teenager. I place my order, not even a hello from him just a what do you want, and he doesn’t turn the blizzard upside down like they are supposed to nor did he say here it is. It was just sitting there. He also made my blizzard with vanilla ice cream not chocolate like I asked. If you don’t like your job or don’t like people coming in a whole hour before you close, maybe get another job? Will avoid from now on.

Wow!! Michael created this cake for our daughter’s birthday and it is so much better than we expected!! He designed the sides with the under the sea theme, and pulled the whole cake together with our daughter’s picture beautifully. He was so great to work with, and we were blown away by the experience. Plus, it was so delicious!! Highly recommend.

Came in right before they closed and don’t even get an eye roll from the young clerk. Well done. Blizzards, dipped cones and the always delicious dilly bar oh my. I like the slushes too whatever they are called and the ever popular banana split is one of my favs. Glad they are still open late on the weekends too. Hours can be confusing sometimes though because it’s by location.

This long established location has a Grill-n-Chill that serves chicken strips, burgers, fries, cheese curds, onion rings and even salads!!! No Orange Julius at this location though. The staff are quick and friendly and store is overall pretty clean!
