I ordered after being sick all day and trying to actually eat. Uber Eats had no drivers and Rosati’s closed before. Even though they were closed and it’s freezing out, one of the employees took their time, after they were already closed and it’s late and cold out, this staff went out of their way to personally deliver the food to us. After being sick all day, that was extremely kind for them to go out of their way and it made my night. This is our go to rosatis, they’re always quick, amazing food, and always so nice. Next time I’m not using uber but I will just order from them directly, they’re always so fast too. I couldn’t be more grateful

I ordered the ROSATI’S MONSTER and rate it a 4 out of 10. For this pizza lover, it’s all about the crust and Italian sausage. This fell short. The crust was overall too thick, not allowing for the toppings to be distributed all the way to the edge & the Italian sausage did not have fennel. We used a coupon buy one get one half off spending $53 on two pizzas that regretfully disappointed. On a positive note, the gentleman who waited on me when I came in to pick up my order, Eric had excellent customer service skills. There were 4 customers waiting for their orders, phones were ringing off the hook and he was training a new employee who was clearly frazzled. Despite it all, Erik greeted me when I walked in, was professional and friendly when answering phones and exhibited patience with his trainee. I was so impressed by Eric that I told him what customer skills he had!!

01/17/2026 @2pm I’ve always been a fan of Rosati’s, but lately the service has really gone downhill. I recently ordered a small side of fries, and I’m not exaggerating when I say I got maybe 15 fries total. It felt like a joke! I really hope they step it up because I miss the quality and consistency they used to have.

I 1st time in this location…I ordered online for carry out. Once I got there the service was fast and friendly. The pizza and the cheesy breads were delicious.

I needed 10 pizza’s super last minute for a youth group event tonight at our church. I called Rosati’s in Coal City, told them what happened and how many pizzas I needed…and how quickly I needed them. The incredibly kind man who answered the phone said, ‘no problem, we’ll start having them ready for you in 20-25 minutes’ and they did just that! I walked in 22 minutes later, paid, and they started bringing me out a couple of hot pizzas at a time. Within 35 minutes of ordering, I was on my way to the church with 10 hot pizzas, plus 4 orders of nuggets.

I cannot thank you guys enough. Will recommend you to everyone I know! THANK YOU!!

There’s a weirdo guy who I guess is the owner that makes remarks and begs for attention every time we go to pick up our food. Food is good and workers are good, but please don’t watch your store like that. It’s creepy and no one wants to see you there.

He doesn’t even help the employees when they’re clearly bombarded with orders. Why are you there if you’re not even gonna help?
