Everything is great. But whoever was working from 3 to 5pm that was a guy on Jan 16th he didn’t know what he was doing. I asked him if Honey and butter was in the bag. He lied to me. I hate liars. It was just ketchup. What am I supposed todo with just ketchup? So I said I was allergic. He said I didn’t know u were allergic. The fact that we had Bisquits should if plainly called for honey and butter. I even asked for it and he said it’s in the bag. Good thing I checked since I live 20mins away from town and I just bought a house and had barely anything condiments wise. Do better and train your employees on what condiments the customer would like to have since u assume everything wants ketchup with everything. So dumb

The nicest most kind manager. Offered the best deal for my family. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She could use another worker or two.
The store was clean, the restrooms were clean. Thank you for a good stop on the way through.
She deserves a raise for her kindness to others, it doesn’t happen often enough in places of business anymore.

Went there tonight got a famous bowl and got home and there was no chicken in it. I swear every other time I go there there is some kind of problem. I love kfc but this one could be better

No complaints here. It’s KFC, it’s in a unique location, and probably one of the more upscale looking KFCs I’ve ever been to. Very good layout, food was fresh and quick and whilst I’m used to a very loud atmosphere, it was quiet in here. Clean tables, clean floors, and the bathrooms were nice.
Hope they plan to stick around.

Happy to have a KFC here now! Pick up order was ready just on time and tasted how I remembered it. It also has a little outside eating area with two benches! Glad to see new places opening up in Harrison

Ordered at 12:05p on mobile. At 12:15p, mobile stated ready for pickup.
Was not able to pickup order untill 12:58p and they did not even have my full order. Full order was “ready” and picked up at 1:15p.
The staff was incredibly rude and you can tell the 5 works there were not at all prepped for lunch runs.
The location did not have many people before us ( maybe 3 people in store and none in drive thru) when we made our order. We don’t mind waiting a little but over an hour for KFC? That’s just poor planning.

We have had three experiences at the Harrison KFC in the past couple of months. Each time we had to wait on our order for prolonged times. He just assumed they were experiencing a staff shortage and were understanding. However last Sunday I made an online order one hour before we needed it. We arrived five minutes prior to our scheduled pickup time, THEN WAITED AN ADDITIONAL 45 MINUTES In line. There was no explanation or apology offered. The chicken nuggets were cold, so dried out and tough we could not eat them. The Mac and cheese was barely warm and the fries were definitely cooked much earlier. This was a small $35 order. When I complained to the company, they refunded me $13. What a slap in the face for unacceptable service and food. Needless to save that will be our last trip to KFC.

We just had an excellent experience at this KFC! The restaurant was immaculately clean, including the restrooms, which was impressive. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the woman at the counter. She went above and beyond to help us figure out the most cost-effective way to order so we could get everything we wanted.
Every worker we interacted with was pleasant, and even their interactions with each other were respectful and friendly—a great reflection of the team atmosphere. Our order was prepared quickly, and everything was hot, fresh, and packaged perfectly for takeout, including all the napkins and utensils we needed.
We eat at KFC often, and this visit was by far the best overall experience we’ve ever had. It was flawless from start to finish. We’ll definitely stop here again when traveling!
