I’ve been here several times over the past few months and the staff have been friendly and have provided fast service in most instances. Everything I’ve gotten has been made accurately. Quite pleased with this location. I was surprised by the low ratings.

So this was my 1st time at this location, I was out shopping so I put in the nearest one and this one came up. I came in on Christmas Eve around 4:50, you can tell they didn’t want to service me by the young lady attitude. I asked for a bowl and she presides to tell me I hope your not getting a bowl because the açaí is FROZEN now keep in mind I come to smoothie king literally everyday if not twice a day for my bowls near my area so I’m like frozen? Like it’s not in the same spot or place all day? So she finally rings me up and was slamming everything all the ingredients list being tossed in then she didn’t even make it right didn’t use the scrapper to flatten it or nothing so I’m like I’m not paying tried to do a refund but didn’t want to wait the 3 days so I told the gentleman with the glasses to make it but the girl with the blonde dreads was extremely rude and they both lied saying it was frozen because they were rushing trying to close up, plus I was not given a receipt because they knew they did a horrible job, never ever again I’ll stick to my area which is flat shoals!bottom line it wasn’t even frozen it looked normal as ever again they were just rushing like we all aren’t tired, horrible!

This was my first time going to this location. I will never go back!! Customer service could be better and fruit could be fresher. I ordered a açaí bowl. There was barely any açaí in the bowl, they only gave me half a banana when I asked for a whole one and the goji berries were stale . I told the guy while he was making my bowl that I was supposed to have more banana to substitute for me not wanting strawberries and blueberries. He was informed me that I would have to pay extra.. Whoever is the owner of this location needs to re hire more pleasant workers and train them properly.

I’m disappointed with my recent visit. My first smoothie didn’t taste right, and when I asked for it to be remade, I was told it was because it had been placed in the freezer for about 10 minutes, which supposedly altered the taste. I don’t believe that was the real issue, as it didn’t seem correctly made to begin with. The replacement smoothie then tasted like water. I rely heavily on smoothies being on a GLP-1 medication, so this was especially upsetting as I had not eaten all day.On top of that, the customer service felt lacking and unfriendly. Overall, this experience was very disappointing.

I waited 25mins for 1 smoothie. After inquiring about my purchase a Worker told me to shut up, I then ask for a refund and she replied “I don’t know how to give refund. Never going back here. They are horrible.

Came to grab a smoothie for lunch and the service was very pleasant. Pineapple Greek mango smoothie is delicious! There was a bit of a wait and to make up for that, they upsized our smoothies. That was appreciated! Been coming here for years but this was the most memorable experience. Thank you!

I do not suggest ordering from here unless u come in and watch them prepare it for u… i placed my order online for a smoothie bowl 15 minutes prior before arriving.. walked in it wasn’t prepared not only that the woman came from the back and started touching the fruits without any gloves on. Corporate was contacted… I hate to do this because when it comes to these things it’s not the owner fault. I’m sure all employees are trained when it comes to working.. and All it takes is one employee to not do their job properly. Hopefully the manager pulls employee to the side and let them know that they represent their business and that when dealing with food keeping your hands washed and with gloves on is a must.
