I usually wouldn’t leave a bad review because I understand what it’s like to work retail/food service. But there was no line, one person sitting down and one order on the shelf, and the workers seemed stressed and task saturated as if there were 25 customers waiting for sandwiches. To start off there was no pickle slice in either sandwich box, no cheese on one of the sandwiches, no dressing and an extremely small portion size(meat & toppings) for 14 DOLLARS a sandwich.

I have eaten here many times, but things have changed. The medium sandwich has gotten about 25% smaller, and the price was higher than it used to be. I guess they decided to cut down on the product and still charge higher prices. Chips and a small drink is now over $4.
Also the card reader doesn’t work properly for tap and pay or chip reader. Last time I was here it charged me the wrong amount.
As usual with these types of restaurants, the franchise owner doesn’t care about the customer only the $$$.
I guess they lost a customer.

Never again…… This was the most pathetic portion of a sandwich I’ve ever seen. Ordered a small steak and cheese for $7.19. After opening my sandwich I seriously had to go back and ask if I got the correct sandwich. Incredibly small, I couldn’t see any visible meat. I had to open the sandwich to find there was about one tablespoon of meat. The onions were not even edible. So tough. Never again. So much for the “wholesome” Firehouse Subs. Never thought I would be saying that I would rather have a Big Mac than a steak and cheese!! Pretty sure I just ate about 50 cents worth of food and paid close to $8 after tax.

Xavier, Jayden, and Carden greeted me warmly as I entered, meeting me at the counter with friendly smiles. I had several inquiries that they addressed thoroughly, assisting me with my order. I chose the New York steamer and was thoroughly satisfied with my selection. The restaurant exuded cleanliness, and the team worked seamlessly to manage the numerous online orders coming in. It was uplifting to witness these young individuals collaborating effectively.

This location used to be good, not anymore. Every time I try to call to place a pick up order an hour or hour and half before close, no one picks up the phone or I have to make multiple calls before someone actually picks up. They turn off the open sign an hour before close, start to clean/sweep as you’re waiting for your food and conversations among the employees about where they’re going to go party after work can be heard. I had missing items in my order before and today chili was saran wrapped, I didn’t end up eating it because it just felt gross. I held back for awhile now to post a review, as I usually don’t post reviews, but today was it for me. Attitude of employees is a whole other thing I won’t get into. Needless to say, go to another location if you can.

Every year I look forward to the seasonal sub called the “Thanksgiving Turkey with Cranberry sauce and stuffing”.
I requested NO stuffing and Extra Cranberry sauce. BUT… What I ended up receiving was an over stacked Turkey Sub with some stuffing that looked like it was accidently added and then scraped off, and most importantly there was no Cranberry sauce on it at all.
The Cranberry sauce is literally the ONLY REASON I order that sub.
People nowadays don’t seem to listen or care. I think I’ll just go back to the Firehouse Subs that is closer to my house.

We had a few challenges with our rental so we found ourselves eating out rather than fixing our food at home. We have a gluten allergy within the family so eating where someone else cooks/ prepares our food can be difficult.
The team took our order and prepared it with great attention to detail. We felt like they not only cared, but understood food allergies. They also didn’t blink when my kiddos started to get a little hyper. The staff talked to the kids and asked them questions that helped the kids feel seen and accepted.
We aren’t from the area, but if we were, we would visit again!

Absolutely an awful experience. A few weeks ago I decided to order an online pickup order at firehouse. I placed an order for 3 sandwiches, one of them happened to be on a gluten free bun. Probably 2 minutes after placing the order I received a call saying they did not have any gluten free buns which was fine I can understand if they sold out so I requested a refund on the order which they replied it would be refunded… Never was refunded. I contacted firehouse stating a refund was not applied which I was then met with a women saying one would be met soon. It was never sent but I was greeted by a email saying gluten free buns were back in stock and I would be able to come pick up my order whenever I chose too. Normally this would not bug me but I blatantly asked multiple times for a refund not a new meal. Today my family decided lets try and just get the meal since they are not going to refund us the money. Transaction was simple, did not make a huge fuse about getting the food and over all respectful all we had to do was show them the receipt of the food we placed online. Upon getting the food however the food order was wrong for one of the sandwiches as the majority of the items were asked to be on the side but all we got was a piece of bread with meat on it (no veggies) and two out of the three sandwiches did not have a pickle in the box. On top of that only one napkin was in the box, which is not a huge deal but I feel like it shows the blatant disregard and lack of care their employees put into preparing food that is already a lot of money. As someone who works in fast food I understand how things can be forgotten or misplaced when putting together an order but when someone comes in after already having an issue at your place of work I would 100% make sure their food is correct and they got everything they possibly would need. I will definitely not be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Kinman is fantastic! Food is always delicious when he makes it and it looks like it belongs in a Firehouse commercial. He always splits our sub perfectly in half and his service is the best.
