We dine in and take out often.
You can order directly at the register or via three order kiosks. I found that the in-store ordering platform and the mobile app don’t match up exactly (in-store is more comprehensive, asking about how you want your egg cooked, condiments, etc.), but you can use the “Special Instructions” section in the mobile app to communicate those preferences.

Was pleasantly surprised with quality of bagel, and the sandwich was plentiful and came with chips and a pickle.
